        As a fellow real estate broker, I have shared so many transactions...over a period of two decades!... with Bob Daniel. I always find him available, honest, and skillful. He is firm but not "pushy". He is timely in communication and consistently straight forward. He has experience, integrity, and is the best at the art of negotiating and communicating with all parties to a transaction...even the lenders!
