I have been here only a very few times. Sadly some of the at will employees know its wrong , however they do it any way. That is as sad and disgusting as it is. They still do it. They violate the : F.D.A Code: 3-301.11.D. Third paragraph, third sentence. Its very clear they have not read or studied the contents and significant importance of the : F.D. A. Code ? The question is , why? Its very clear: There are only three ways to properly touch food: ( 1.) Sanitized clean tongs. ( 2.) Sterilized and sanitized spatula . ( 3.) Clean brand new clean plastic gloves. Note: As we know: The very clean and very new plastic gloves should only be used to touch food. Note: The gloves should not be used to touch walls. Not touch, not touch pockets or the butt or groin area. Prior to the brand new gloves being used it should be noted the employees hands touching the food should be inspected for scratches or infection any where on the hands. Note: On one occasion we observed a female Latina using the cash register , touching money. Then she was observed doing the unthinkable . She litterly touched meat, bread, cheese and other food products with out new clean plastic gloves. Why? The onsite manager turned a blind eye. Now they use selective enforcement on certain nice customers they may not like. Calif. Gov. Code: 12900. Note : They agreed in all the pre-hire implied contract paper work to not violate any acts against public policy. Is this a breach of implied contract ? Calif. Civil Codes: 3300-3400. Breach of Implied contract? Now sadly one of the at will employees decided to harass a paying customer that did establish business or patronage. Yet , the at will male Hispanic adult deliberately and harshly told the paying customer that purchased a coffee that the customer had to leave he was loitering. The at will employee knew the paying customer made a purchase and established patronage and still falsely accused the paying customer. As we know ; Calif. Penal Code: 647 G, and 555.2. Yes , as we know this is loitering. However: There is no sign posted that specifies the word loitering : In plain site, plain view in a conspicuous location ? The store says : Open twenty four hours. Could this be , False Advertising ? Calif. Business and Professions Codes: 17200, 17500 and 17509. Meaning the store is open twenty four hours. The store promises free Wi-Fi. There is no sign in plain view or plain site , in any conspicuous location that says a paying customer can not sit past an hour after establishing patronage. There is no posted sign as to how long a paying customer could sit after making a purchase? Now obviously its not loitering if a paying customer establishes patronage. So this means the male Hispanic adult employee enjoys harassing customers? Why is the bathroom always very stinky and smelly ? Why does the onsite manager turn a blind eye on the employees improperly not using clean new plastic gloves. When it comes to touching food. Could the answer be the manager does not care about cross contamination? Also where is the professional greeting: Hello , welcome to Jack In The Box , Sir Or Ms. ? No work ethics. Or professionalism. Could it be very bad management ? I love all the food at Jack In The Box. What I don't like is very unprofessional at will employees. Bad customer service.
Don't go to this DQ the service is beyond sad. I ordered a banana split they gave it to me wet from the sauce I dropped it on the counter not one employee helped me pick it up they didn't even hand me napkins I had to ask for them they just stood there watching my toddler and I clean it up I asked nicely if they could make my daughter a new ice cream they all looked at each other confused as if they didn't understand what I was asking so they start speaking in Spanish to each other and refuse to simply make my toddler and I a five dollar banana split.they have no customer service I work in the restaurant business I'd never let a customer pick up a spill themselves and I'd gladly make a customer something they spilled that didn't even leave the counter it was an accident people with kids sometimes make those. Very rude to start speaking in another language in front of customers Go get ice cream across the street at baskin Robbin!!!
what is it when they don't have any original recipe, they still have 45 minutes before they close and they won't make any? must not want to stay in business. hope the owner reads this cuz his closing staff is losing business for him. I went to another kfc and they had no problem filling my order.
If I were to tell my friend about this place I would say avoid this franchise :McDonalds.I saw ,a male Hispanic adult named:( OSCAR)he was teaching a female Asian adult to scoop french fries in the french fry carton with his bare hands.This is how people get the flu and diarea.Suppose:He forgets to wash his hands.Suppose he gos to the bathroom washes his hands,but then touches the bathroom door,then they get busy.However;The person before Oscar did'nt wash his hands.This guy has :Hepatitis C and Aids .Can we as customers see the possibility of spreading desease? He was wearing a tie.This means he is a supervisor.So who was the idiot that promoted Oscar.To be teaching a female Asian adult to touch food with bare hands .How hard is it to use (PLASTIC GLOVES).Also I hope these workers here are not touching money and food too? The (HEALTH DEPARTMENT) should do a surprize inspection with hidden cameras.Terminate all those working out side of safe health for the public.Also working out side the employee hand book.Misrepresenting the McDonald's CORPORATION.The female Asain adult was also wipping the tables wrong.It should be hot clean soapy water.Then clean water.Then very clean rags.She was observed cleaning the soda area with the same rags to clean the tables where customers eat food with their children.She can't be totally to blame.Her supervisor is:( OSCAR).He wears a red tie.However;Some that work there will not tell you ,what the red tie means.Its obvious;Some idiot promoted this idiot.(TOUCHING FOOD WITH HIS BARE HANDS ,THEN TEACHING A NEW HIRE TO DO THE SAME THING).Hope the district manager can look into this :( HEALTH ISSUE)?
