Then we came to find out a helpful American veteran acting under the Good Samaritan Rule, then asked if he could help. Then the Latino American veteran was in the process of helping the elderly male white adult customer get a Fed Ex card. So the elderly male white adult customer could use the copy machine. Then a very fat obeast female African American adult yelled at the top of her lungs at the American veteran for helping a customer. She was heard yelling : " I'm going to ask you to leave in fifteen minutes for helping customers "! She continued yelling at the top of her lungs: " This is my job"! She continued yelling: " If customers want help they need to ask for help". The American veteran left with out incident. The very fat obeast female African American adult then yelled out that her name is: Shantae. The entire store heard how rude, arrogant she is allowed to be at this store. I honestly must admit things are significantly improving. The new employees are striving to do a great job. At last the bathrooms are being cleaned. What might be helping is closing the bathroom at night. then open the bathroom at : 07: 00 A.M. Previously vagrants would urinate all over . Then stink up the bathroom. Not too mention vagrants carry lice. The bathroom should be for paying customers only. The solution: Require none paying customers to pay: $10.00 to use the bathroom. This will prevent vagrants from urinating all over. Plus: Prevent vagrant from leaving lice and other disease. Like hepatitis: A. Which comes from vagrants that enjoy being filthy. One more issue: We noticed a very nice customer striving to use the posted free internet . The nice customer wasn't bothering any one. Just sitting by his self. Then a elderly female white adult told the nice customer to go use the center area. Where its considered the proper station to use the free internet. The elderly female white adult, sounded harsh , rude, sarcastic, also very biased. I have observed many female white adults and male white adults use their lap top any where they want. RUDE AND GRUMPY OWNER!!! Maybe the owner of this store doesn't need my business or has become so complacent with his current customer base that he no longer cares. I've had a mailbox here for 3 years and EVERY time I go in, the owner is rude to me. He throws my packages on the counter, gets irritated if I ask to use his pen to sign a form, it's rediculous! Not to mention the place is outdated and dirty. He has product on the shelf that looks like it's been sitting there since 1984. If you're looking for a PROFESSIONAL mailbox service, this is not the place.
