Outstanding service. Above and beyond what I expected. The manager was exceptionally courteous and competent. I had an issue with my Infinity subwoofer. Adams electronics handled all the paperwork and warranty issues with the manufacturer. Fast efficient and most importantly, a very high level of expertise.
Meghan was an excellent help with my Onkyo! I wasn't left in the dark with communication. I couldn't be more pleased!
Horrible service and incompetent personnel. I took a Brother printer in for factory service/repair and they let the machine sit in their shop for a week. When I came to pick it up they laughed at me when I requested that they run a copy test on the machine. Of course it still does not work, and I’m stuck.
THIS COMPANY IS A BREATH OF FRESH AIR. REMINDS ME OF THE WAY BUSINESS WAS 40 YRS AGO. EMPLOYEES ARE SINCERE AND COURTEOUS. I BROUGHT IN MY AV RECEIVER FOR A WARRANTY REPAIR ON WEDNESDAY AM RECEIVED A CALL THE NEXT DAY AT 3PM TELLING ME THE REPAIR WAS COMPLETED. THEY REPLACED 22 TRANSISTORS, MY RECEIVER SOUNDS BETTER THAN WHEN IT WAS NEW. THEY REALLY GOT MT ATTENTION.
