      Charged TWICE FOR SAME ITEMS

      I visited staples in sept 2010
      the computer crashed during the process
      and I was concerned since I had slid my debit card i would be charged twice
      they promised me i would not be
      when i got home I checked my bank account and I was charged twice
      called the store and they didnt care , said it was a bank problem
      I called headquarters and talked to someone, they too, office of president said it was not there probllem
      my money is gone and they will not return it
      For my transaction I was billed twice
      AWFUL SERVICE-
