We came in late in the evening and they stayed and helped us as if it were a Saturday. The application process is easy and straightforward. Went to Parks and purchased! What a great group of people to do business with. My sales person was great, the staff was great. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. The first was not financed, this time I did financing and what a great experience. My sales person Thomas was with me every step of the way and did a great job explaining my options, and getting me into the best vehicle possible. Great dealership! Made the car buying experience pleasurable. Everyone I met was very pleasant and looked forward to having my business. My salesman, Thomas Thibodeau, was very knowledgeable about the particular vehicle I purchased. As the dealership is located near my residence, that was an important factor to be in obtaining service. Additionally, the free oil changes for the life of the car was also an added bonus.

I just bought a Chevy Suburban and the process with Park's was really great. They were direct and transparent on the price of my trade-in, the price of the new car, the financing costs and the process to locate the car. They found the exact car I wanted, shipped it from Ohio, got it all set up, and I took ownership right before the Thanksgiving holiday which was my goal.
