Had a 7:30a appointment but the guy got tied up and forgot to turn my paperwork in, so it took an extra 45mins before they started working on my car. They also were telling me I needed work on my car when I previously went to the other AAA outlet and was fine. This is my first and last time at this location!!! They are too pushy and want to you to get more work done to the vehicle than required. Never again!!! Terrible service

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. When dropping off the car, they spent 5mins. marking the area to be repaired and then about 30mins. to mark up all pre-existing tiny scratches, etc. Felt very humiliating. When I finally made a remark in that direction, they brought out a second person to join the car marking 'fun'. Will not return and can't recommend them. Its a pity - on a previous job, I liked the quality of the repair, but customer service was also less than great. Pricing is high.Update: The price estimate we got just went up from $740 to $1640. What changed: "Other guys started looking at it." No apology.

On Monday June 30th I called for AAA for assistance. The call was around 5:15PM, the tow truck did not arrive until 8:10PM.My vehicle was towed to your Service Center in Huntersville, NC. The next day, I received a call from the Service Center. We specifically disgust and I was guaranteed, no work would be done on my truck until, it was identified what the issue(s) was and I would get a phone call from the Service Center with an estimate. I was concerned it was the coil and had every intention of fixing the issue (whatever it was) myself once identified. The Service Center did not touch my vehicle on Tuesday. Wednesday the Service Center called me and informed me they are having problems figuring out what the issue is with the truck and could I explain to them what happened, again. On Thursday late afternoon, the Service Center left me a message stating my truck was fixed! I did not get the message until today, because it was left on my work phone. I was informed the Ignition Control Module was replaced (I could have done myself), the distributor was replaced (I could have done myself) and the spark plugs were replaced (I could have done myself). Total cost $1,066.00!!!!!I am furious! I could have purchased every one of these parts much cheaper than you charged, and did all the work without your labor costs. Autozone cost for all three parts $196.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After just being there the day before & got done in 30 minutes instead of an hour estimated time, I went back to get another oil change. They estimated an hour again & i would have been out of there way before then if they would have just closed the hood & took my Jeep outside. Instead, they kept it inside & made me wait 20 minutes until I brought it to their attention that no one was working on my Jeep for the longest time. Then, they had the audacity to tell me that they were topping off the fluids when I know all they did was close the hood & drove it outside. They won't get my business anytime soon & I might not stay a AAA member if this is how they treat their members.
Probably the worst experience I have ever had as an adult. The entire experience was horrific. Representative basically lead me to believe I would know something the next day and would call me. I would have to call them at the end of the business day just to be told the same thing over again. Looking back, my car was in a long line and almost took them a week to get to it. They totally took advantage about my lack of knowledge concerning a car's cooling system and found out after the fact, they definitely took me for a ride. Initially, told me my radiator was damaged, finally told me it was definitely clogged, then made me believe the water pump was bad too. After talking to friends in the industry, I now know I was deceived (due to the reason I was given about needing the water pump replaced; very expensive on a German car). I never expected this from AAA. My experience was something I would have expected from a back woods garage shop. Also, after the fact, I learned that the parts and labor was exactly what the dealership would have charged, therefore, you definitely are not saving money by going here, even after my 10% discount. I would have paid more to deal with another repair shop. Beware!!!
I actually had an appointment for 9am to get 4 new tires and an alignment on my van. I gave them the keys and told them I'd be waiting. 10:45 I noticed my car still hadn't gone into the working area so after asking how much longer, the guy didn't return. I went to the desk and asked for my keys. They apologized and said they were 'really backed up', He then had the nerve to ask when I could reschedule. HA! After going to work and explaining my experience, one of my colleagues said he had the same issue.Maybe a dependable road service but the Huntersville location for other services were below expectations. Won't be back for in house services.
