I have stop here a couple of times . All The managers are very rude. The store owner is as well . Very unprofessional. Lack of staff it takes forever to get your food . I got the wrong order and they accused me of lying then when proof I was right they still had attitudes they need more workers workers are as well rude food is great though don't stop here

I almost didn't stop due to bad review but my visit was fine. The food is very good, the staff was friendly and the restaurant and bathroom were clean. Hardee's isn't low-cal but it is delicious. The buns are particularly good. I'll go back.
Our manager paid for breakfast this morning and several of us ordered Bacon, Egg & Cheese Texas Toast sandwiches (Take out). When we opened the wrapper we had in front of us 2 slices of cold, untoasted Texas Toast bread with a couple of strips of overcooked bacon, a cold slice of cheese and a cold egg omelet. I called and spoke to the manager on duty and was told that even though they are a Hardee's franchise, they did not offer the Texas Toaster breakfast sandwiches. What???? I suggested they should buy a$10 toaster to offer the sandwiches but he said that they could only offer what HQ would let them put on the menu. The manager did asked what he could do to rectify the problem, I have to give him that. But he still was unable to get us the breakfast sandwiches we wanted. Extremely disappointed with this store and won't be getting anything from there ever again.
My first experience with Hardee's in Humboldt was awful! I ordered curly fries and received regular fries, I requested honey mustard at the time I placed my order and it was not included with my meal so I asked again for honey mustard and they give me ranch bc they were out of honey mustard. I called to speak to the manager and was told to call back because I called during lunch. I was on my lunch break and expected to receive what I ordered. You would think being a new business in the town would deliver superb service; however, this business it is not the case!
