O'Reilly Auto Parts

Just had the worst customers service at O'Reilly Auto Parts in both Humboldt tenn and Milan tenn. It was over a belt for our van motor. They gave us the incorrect size first and when we went to exchange it they would not and said they could not take it back that we would have to buy another. They said they did not have the belt number in the computer?????? The store in Humboldt closed at 8:00 and the one in Milan at 9:00 so now we are without a belt and do not know if you open on Sunday because we are unable to find your hours on line. We think they were just being smart and just did not care that we had to run back and forth from one store to the other because one closed earlier than the other. I will not give these stores a good review for customer service because the customer was not taken care of. When you do this to customers they will not be repeat customers.
