I have used this place since they opened and felt they did a decent job with no incidents. Yesterday not only did they break a pair of glasses hanging in a visor clip but through the evidence away. They left a piece of an earpiece in the clip letting me know this happened. Additionally, as I pulled in I stuck my Verizon Turbo car charger in the console so it would not be tempting. After my car wash I left to travel out if town and reached for the charger and it was gone. I don't know who did this but I watched the lady drying my car take a purse to my car. I don't think they should be allowed to do this. Regardless, they just lost a good customer.

Do not go to this lace if you do not want your car to be messed up. I took truck to get fluids changed and after I left I went two miles down the road and had antifreeze leaking everywhere and took my truck back and they could not find leak and I took to mechanic the next day and he said my radiator heater core was busted from the pressure from the flush machine. I went back to Swash and one of the persons in charged JR. made a deal to pay 50 percent of the repairs and not 2 weeks later he said they do not feel responsible. Do business here at your own risk. I will not be going back, they are a bunch of lying thieves.

Thieves!!!!! Have been coming here for three years. And had money stolen out of my center console today. They are not kidding when they say " not responsible for articles left in your car" the manager is no help either when you bring it to his attention. My question is, who is responsible? You employee the thieves how are you not responsible? I'm responsible to pay you, right! so where is your accountability? You take my money your employees accept my tip and when I get in the car I have been stolen from. Bad way to do business. Buyer beware!!!!

I took my car for a oil change. They did not secure the engine cover properly, which fell off when I drove out of their shop and was damaged. Service was very poor and rude..I will never return to that place.

If I could give this place a -5 I would. I couldn't believe it! I got the gold package, and while they had my car.... they BROKE my windshield! When I asked them how it happened, and wanted them to make it right.. they basically told me that I couldn't prove they did it, and offered me NO solution at all! When I reviewed the video with them, there were large gaps in coverage, and conveniently for them, when my car was coming through, there were skips in the video and only the back of my car was shown.I have never seen anyone in business act so horribly after wronging a customer. Please dont use this place... I dont know how they damaged my car, but they did, and refused to do anything about it. I would hate to see something like this happen to someone else.
