If anyone mentions using SPRINT, make sure they run as fast as they can in the opposite direction.
Their customer service is a joke. Plan on spending hours of your time to repetitiously explain your
problem. I suspect that the "S" stands for SLOW. My phone is always losing network connection. I have
dropped calls all the time. Seems like SPRINT not able to fix it.
Sprint's network is absolutely horrible. Of course it happens 4 months into my contract and as many
times as I've been calling complaining they don't care. I just keep getting the same excuses that they
are having tower problems. I've been trying to be nice and just ask to be released from my contract so
I may spend my hard earned else where so I can at least get what I pay for. But of course no one wants
to even try to help me with that, even a manager.
I understand if I was a new customer or something only 4 months into my contract having to fulfill it,
but the length of time and money I've been and spent with this company I think it's the least they can
do, instead charging me more to get released. I will never recommend anyone to get cell service with
this company. I hope the people at Sprint read this but I'm sure they won't do anything to help me. So
I'll just keep going from place to place complaining about their service and hopefully get others to
save their money and go somewhere else to get service.
