Life Time Fitness

I wish this review could be more positive, as I have for the past 5 years been a Lifetime Fitness - Diamond Member. I recently bought a house in Kingwood and downgraded my membership to Gold, with the expectation that exceptional (or at least adequate) customer service by Lifetime staff would be upheld. This was anything but the case. The front desk staff were unwelcoming, rude, misinformed about club policies, passive-aggressive, and the child care staff offered unsolicited advice on how my child should be cared for. These negligent and discriminatory behaviors exhibited by most every staff member on a consistent basis led me to cancel my membership with Lifetime Fitness-Kingwood, leaving a bitter stain of anguish and complete disregard for the brand I was once so loyal to.

You can't buy you your meal program they have you on on Sunday's & if Monday is a holiday EVEN if they're open, you may or may NOT be able to purchase depending on if employee leaves early or not - explaining to the person in charge that I can't come back for 3 more days & that's a integral part of my daily meals she still refused to sell ( knowing the next closest gym in a 10 mile radius is out of product !!!!!
