We have a double oven, the controller card needed to be repaired because the lower oven would not heat. Upper oven works, but to repair the controller must be pulled which means the whole oven will not work while out for repair.It was the start of Dec, they said they would try to rush this to have us an oven before Christmas. One week after pulling the card, they still had not sent it in for repair. The company that will actually repair the card had been contacted and Infinity still has not sent it to them. It is now Dec 29th!!. The shut down our oven and then just have been sitting on the card. They do not respond to email, voicemail, phone calls. My next move to to drive to their address and knock on the door to get my oven controller card back!DO NOT put your faith in this company. IF for some strange reason you use them, insist to pay AFTER the job is done. That includes the original service fee they charge to show up. Because I now must drive to Humble to get my part back.
