Amazing food huge portions at really good prices
Our family has been frequent customers at this location but our last few visits have been less satisfactory ans tonights visit was very disapionting. The food quality and portion size both have decreased and tonight service was very poor from the greeter and our waiter. He was unattentive to our party of five but kept returning and hanging out at a table with two attractive young ladies and neglecting his other customers. Not a good experience this trip.
Ate lunch at 1:30 pm. May 11, 2016. It was the worst, most bizarre experience. No coffee, machine is broken. Can't order french fires with the Cheddar's 1/2 club-sandwich pairing because it isn't an option on the pairing's list. (Although we've eaten at another Cheddar's for years and order the 1/2 club sandwich with French fries all the time.) A Monte Carlo was ordered, not fried at all (gooey actually) & for a ham & cheese sandwich, inedible. We called the manager over about the uncooked Monte Carlo sandwich & the manager apologized for no powdered sugar on it, which was not the issue, it was uncooked. the manager was defensive, and obviously did not know anything about how a Monte Carlo is supposed to be prepared. The 1/2 sandwich size on both of the sandwiches was much smaller than our other Cheddar's. We will not be returning to this location, ever. The waiter was polite and attentive, not his fault with the cook or the manager.
The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because our our waitress Jennifer. We had a birthday dinner for my son and had 35 people in our party. They were short handed so she had to service us ALONE! To say she did an amazing job would be an understatement. We forgot the candles for the cake and she found some for us! The food was okay, but she more than made up for the shortfall!! I've eaten at this location with much smaller parties and never received the level of service we received this time!! She deserves a raise!
Bad costumer service. I went on a tuesday after at 17:00 and was disappointed at look of the food on "buffet" but ofcourse i still tried it because i am curious about the taste. I then again got my self disappointed the food flavor is too strong and will not recommend to any of my friends. After i ate my food i am looking forward for deserts and went to ask the "cashier" where are their deserts and she responded "since you came late afternoon we ran out" well i guess too bad for me and i just wasted my $9.73 but it is worth it just for me to know not to comeback at this place.
Food was amazing true home cooked meal
I will be blunt and to the point: This place is fine dining for the dregs of society. Service: Waiters and bartenders complain openly in front of you about how it is busy. Shut up. Last I knew, busy meant more money in your pocket. Moreover, you can buy more meth!Food: We waited 20 minutes for queso that takes 45 seconds to microwave and it was still cold. At least my fries were hot. They forgot our condiments we wanted. Queso was a small portion and gone after about seven chips. Cleanliness: India should be considered sanitary when compared to here. Bottom line: If you love bad service, mediocre food, and a trashy ambience.... Then Applebee's in Atascocita is for you!
I just had lunch at Applebee's in Atascocita, TX. It is the worst service I have ever endured. The waitress took forever to take our order. She got our drink order wrong and didn't return forever. She got our food order mixed up. The assistant manager came over and made matters worse. Never go to this restaurant -its not worth your time.
Love the place. Quick, fast and the food is great. Always friendly. Prices are always reasonable. I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for a great spot to have lunch or dinner.
This place is terrible. I worked in the kitchen for a while, and be advised: Food (cooked and uncooked) drops to the floor and is picked right back up and placed onto guests' plates, cooks wear no gloves or hairnets and are not trained in cross-contamination, and the worst part? This building is infested with roaches, mice, and mold has completely taken over the coolers and freezers being as they clean them annually. ANNUALLY.Once a YEAR. Sure the food might taste alright, but trust me, there are secrets they will never tell you, and these are some of them. You can thank Clay Ferguson (the general manager) for allowing this to happen. Stay away from Applebee's in Atascocita... I won't ever eat there again. Happy dining!
