The last two packages I had delivered by UPS was drop off at the wrong house. My wife called on the first one and I called on the second one to try to get things straight. On my third package UPS told me it was an un-deliverable address. Look it up and was the same address always. Just horrible service.
I waited all day for my package to arrive and nothing so I look at the tracking number it says the address was incorrect so I call the you go office I tell her my name she repeats back my address that I had on the shipping address which was correct The driver was just too lazy to drive down my driveway I just received a package two days ago from UPS so I know they know where my house is she told me I will not be able to receive my item until the following Monday
After waiting by the door all day long for a delivery scheduled to arrive "by 8pm today" most of the final hours I spent outside, I get a status update on an "attempted delivery" that supposedly happened 30 minutes prior. This is a snotty way to do business. If you can't perform your duties don't try to pawn the blame off on your customers. Now I have no package, no "attempted delivery slip, so what is the next step in this staggering customer service process?
