        Overall

        Now days customer service is very important Auto Value Hugo went out their way to listen to me and they fixed my problem I was having with my car. Fair price for parts and labor, and my car is better than it was.

        Don't Trust Key Automotive!

        Key Automotive is NOT a member of the Better Business Bureau OR AAA. They will not take calls from or accept letters from the BBB regarding a complaint. Ask yourself, what credible, reliable or reputable organization behaves this way??? One that KNOWS they are in the wrong and will not fix the problem, that's who! Don't trust Key Automotive!
