These people are thieves! Saia (Sales Manager) ran off with $6,000 and only did maybe $1,000 of work. I had to end up finishing the work myself with the help of other contractors. Don't be fooled by his high-pressure, low price shtick! He'll take your money and never do the work. If they do any at all, it will be super shoddy, bordering on dishonest work. Don't think you can take them to court either. They will not respond to court summons or you to refund any funds. I also have a complaint filed with the Alaska Consumer Fraud Division. Don't be fooled by their business card - they are neither licensed nor bonded in either the state of Alaska or the MOA.
Absolutely horrible service and work ethic. Saia who is the project manager will try to work cash deals and ask that you don't talk to any of the vendors so he can work deals with them. Was told my work would be finished in 2 weeks and its been a month and still not even close to being finished,
When they came out, I had a really good feeling about them so I didn't call anyone else. The guy who came out assured me that because it was an emergency situation that he would be able to get it taken care of right away. When I did not have a quote when I was supposed to, I called and another guy just kept apologizing for the other guy and telling me that he shouldn't have told me he could do what he said he could do. I felt like it was totally unprofessional and like I was deceived, and I had nowhere else to turn. Lesson learned. No matter how you feel about someone when you meet them, make sure that you always have at least 3 or 4 business is coming out to get you a quote.
