First off getting in touch with a person to even make an appointment takes a while. You call leave a message and they will call you back but you better be available to answer or you start over, The doctor is very distant and doesn't seem concerned, told me a side effect I was having from a med doesn't happen.

Office "staff" in Fishkill is a joke. Was told I had the first appointment of the day at 9:30 AM. Arrived at 9:25. Waited until 9:52 until I finally said something. Was told that they weren't sure if the doctor was in?! Come to find out he was not. No apology or explanation. I guess I was expected to wait there until he decided to stroll in whenever he felt like it. Not only rude, but extremely unprofessional. My child missed school and I missed work. We are never taken for our appointment on time. Ever. Have to leave a message every single time you call there and they never return your call in a timely manner. Ever. Already found a new doctor. I see I'm not alone. I wish I had read these reviews before I wasted our time.

I made an appointment with Eriver Neurology and wanted to see Dr. Kozer. I was informed by the receptionist that the time to see was long and should see their PA Katherine McDonnell. I agreed in seeing her. I went for two tests an MRI and an EMG. When I went back for my results she basically said I had neuropathy in my feet and also I have two bulging discs which need to be operated on. She said but first no doctor will touch you until you lose a few pounds. So I want you to take these meds and take 3pills every night and in 6 weeks tell me how you feel.. Hopefully by then you will have lost weight and then we can talk about your surgery. I walked out stunned as I thought I had tarsal tunnel in my feet. Not liking what she had to say I went for a second opinion and so glad I did. I found out I DON'T have neuropathy and I do have a small closure of my spine but not enough to require surgery and if needed they could operate on me. She made it sound as if I weighed 9000 pounds. I also found out she is NOT a PA but a nurse practitioner. They deceived me and I flat out REFUSE to go back. So Listen up if you do decide to use them, make sure you go for a second opinion or don't see them at all! True story!
