Fred Fuller Oil

No longer a customer after almost ten years. I received a bill for 100 gallons of oil that I never ordered. When I contacted Cher at Fred Fuller (HUDSON) she couldn't figure out why. I was not scheduled for a delivery nor had I called for one. After over a week I received an email to contact the company. In doing so I was told that I owed for the delivery because the driver made a mistake and delivered to me instead of another home. REALLY!!!! My gauge looks the same, I never found tag on my door from the delivery and I never saw a truck in my driveway! I questioned the validity of the delivery and Dave (credit Manager) became irate and yelled at me. Great customer service, you made an error and expect me to pay for a delivery that may never have actually happened???? I don't think so. Almost ten years with them and this is what I get! Check your deliveries people, I just went on the BBB and they have 10 complaints against them 3 of which are about this type of unethical practice.

You get gr8 service, they are professional and the best prices u`ll find around. Not a big corporate greedy pig! They are great n have quite a few areas that they do wonderful service to.
