My fiance went here today to get our new car inspected. We had the dealership install 35% (legal) tint. The person inspecting our car tried to take advantage of her and told her that our tint was at 29% (illegal) but that he would pass us for $30. She said she didn't have $30 cash so he offered her a sticker for an additional $20 cash. She told him she only had $11 cash so he accepted it and gave her a passing sticker. She then had to go to 2 different places to verify our tint was at the legal 35%, called back to the inspection place (the guy originally gave her a wrong number so she had to Google it), talk to someone at the front desk and get her money back. How sketchy can you get? I would never go here or send someone here.

My Mercedes ML350 was out of warranty and I was looking for an alternative to the high cost dealer maintenance. Parente's took the time to inspect my car and performed all the work as good if not better than the dealer ever did and more timely. The customer service is outstanding. I would not hesitate to have them work on any of my vehicles. A+++++++

Parente's knows what to look for when inspecting a vehicle. He was able to get my car in for service when it was convenient for me, got the job done fast and clean. His labor rate is fair, so I feel I got a good value. He even informed me as to what work it will need in the future so I can plan my repairs around my tight budget. Now I feel safer when I drive.



Quick and Fair

I brought in my MB E Class Sedan after a weekend at the Cape and these guys treated it with the utmost care.... quick and fair they did a great job... To keep my story, short and sweet, my vehicle had a very small leak of anti-freeze. I was lucky the leak did not get severe enough to damage my engine but when I came back, they found what I couldn't and made my life easier. They even gave me a loaner car for work this week.




These guys are that good. Plain and simple. It's as if the BMW Gods sent an angel (SONNY, the Owner) down from heaven on a holy mechanic mission. I have been going to these guys for almost 2 years now to have my 98' BMW 740IL serviced and have never been disappointed. I have had quotes from the dealerships that were more than twice what they asked. They even changed my oil for free once! They always show you the parts they replaced and on occasion don't charge for all the small parts or services. They didn't charge me for a new fan belt to replace the cracked one I had been putting off repairing for too long. I hadn't even asked them to repair it, they just did it because it needed to be done. Granted, they know me well and I have brought them a few new clients but still... mechanics are supposed to be evil. My Dad brings his 2006 Mercedes E350 for non-warranty service and his girlfriend now brings her 97 BMW 325i for her service too. They have only kept my car overnight one time and that was because I brought it at the end of the day. If you bring your car in before noon they are usually able to have it back by 6 pm or 7 pm the same day.




I not only have had the opportunity to work with Sonny but also have had my Cars Professionally Detailed by him. HE is undoubtedly the finest and most incredible detail that I gave my CAR EVER

He is so far ahead of his competition that he deserves to be in a class of his own.

Happy Customer

Last Monday afternoon we receive a call from the dealership with an estimate of $2,000 to fix my car. We were shocked! A friend of ours, who has been a long-standing customer of Sonny Parente of Parente Service , recommended that we call him for an estimate. We called the shop and spoke with Sonny. He was helpful, honest and very respectful of our needs. They fixed our car in one day and gave us a loaner car to use while ours was being repaired. The price was at no comparison to what the dealership was going to charge us. This is one recommendation that I would definitely pass on 100%!!!!!
