My siblings and I were looking for some patio furniture for our parents new deck we were building for them for their anniversary so we decided to get some nice and comfortable but yet affordable furniture. We searched on the web we went into stores and no luck but then one of my cousins recommended we come here to Hudson Appliance so we did. They had a large variety of patio furniture and very nice ones may I say. In the end we ended up buying the patio furniture here and it looks great! My parents love it and we do too. Thanks !

I was in the market looking for the prefect stove. I had a big spreadsheet listing many models with prices, pros and cons and what stores had what - and if they were listed in Consumer Reports. I got some helpful advice from a guy at the Home Depot, but I just don't like supporting the big guys. CR mentioned trying to go to a small mom and pop appliance place, so I did. Living in Acton, we tried out Hudson Appliance. They had a pretty big showroom (though they seemed a bit busy) and ended up giving suggestions that weren't on my list. And they offered prices comparable (or many times LESS) than the big guys. AND they removed the old stove and had the plumber (because it was a gas stove) come at the same time as the delivery. And the plumber was reasonable as well. Great service, nice people, local business, helpful advice and I absolutely LOVE my new stove.

I am so happy. I am a total outdoor person with a huge backyard. Decided to go to Hudson and check out their grill and outdoor kitchen set up. I settled on an awesome DCS grill that was sparkling clean and remains sparkling today with easy clean up. yeah
I called Hudson Appliances to ask a question about my elderly mom's Brand new washer ( we Purchased from Sears ) ..but I mentioned that after Installation it makes a lot of noise I called Sears twice and they kept telling me that it needs to be balanced, or maybe its the garage floor ?? ..after all it was Installed by Sears themselves....He suggested I look under, and behind the machine for the Yellow shipping straps and make sure that they have been removed ,,,and sure enough ..they WERE NOT ! ..The Sears guys never removed them. Well now it sounds great and with Hudson's help I did it myself.
I just got an awesome deal for some kitchen remodel appliances. I wanted to have everything by the same company and that's exactly what I got with Hudson. Everyone was just really helpful to my sales guy, Brad, to the service installers. No scratches anywhere in our new kitchen and for that I am eternally grateful. I can absolutely put in a great recommendation for this company.
On Wednesday, July 20th, George from your service team came to our house to diagnose a problem we were having with out dishwasher. George thoroughly analyzed the problem and arrived at a diagnosis that was consistent with the symptoms. He told us he was going to order a part (computer board) and would let us know the estimate. But George had a 6th sense instinct that the real problem was different. Before he left from his vehicle, George called a colleague to discuss the issue. A few minutes later, he was back at our front door with a different diagnosis - a mouse had probably tripped the dishwasher float switch. He reset it and the problem was solved. Our dishwasher was back in action.

I had to do my kitchen over and if you never did it , I found it
to be something I would not do again alone. Until I had
to do the appliances Hudson Appliance made it easy. My
salesperson new what they were talking about made sure my contractor got all the spec's and also made sure they
followed it to the finish . I would buy from them again they
have all the brands and a great showroom.

I spent almost $10,000 at Hudson Appliance last year. Now, one year and one month later, my supposed top of the line, highly recommended by the salesperson, LG refrigerator started making this loud noise and stopped working. I called Hudson Appliance and they told me there was nothing they could do, I could make an appt with the service people and pay to have it fixed Mind you, when I was purchasing they said they stand behind their products 100%, they go above and beyond, blah blah blah....I was never offered an option to purchase an extended warranty, and when I tried to after the fact I could not buy one. I spent $2400 on a fridge that crapped out on me, spoiled upwards of $500 in food in my fridge/freezer. This happened on a Tuesday and the fastest turn around the service guys could give me was Saturday. I'm very afraid about the rest of the appliances I purchased there now. Needless to say, I will NEVER use them again, and I want to warn anyone against using them. They used to be a small home town business, but they have gotten a few large contracts (ie, the new over 55 condo's on Main St - the Esplanade is one example) and now they don't care anymore about the single home owner, they are only in it for the large contractors!
