GUsed to order here a lot . Order food today (3/9) @hudson falls , 30 wings mild and a small calzone with mushrooms . Food came 55 minutes later. Except only 20 wings and no calzones. Mistakes happen, I call the women on the phone at first was super nice apologized . She verified my order and said she'd send them right out. Another 55 minutes later a delivery guy comes with 10 wings and no calzone. When we asked for the calzone the driver had no answer. He said they only sent him with the wings and told us to call back and they'd send it. No problem again mistakes happen. When I called back I got the same women on the phone . When I told her the situation she told me , in so many words, that I was a liar and then I could here the manager in the background saying it was 2 hours later it's too late and my story doesn't match up. Really? So I got $20 worth of my 43 dollar purchase . Told I was a liar, a refusal for the calzone I purchased and they also refused me a refund just on the calzone. I was told they were too busy to deal with my issue and then called a bitch. Great customer service skills. I'll be letting everyone I know of my experience. And every time someone talks about ordering food from there at the hospital I'll advise they don't .
Avoid this place at all costs. I would give zero stars if possible. Every time I order there is an issue. Same order every time and they mess up every time. I specifically say what I want and do not want on my sub and they can never get it right. Missing tomatoes the last 2 times. Sometimes I get the completely wrong sandwich. And I call back and get an attitude??? Just tried to call a pick up order in and pay with my card over the phone so my wife could pick up on the way home. They said oh no we can’t run the card. You have to bring it in. So what was up with the last 5 times I’ve done this?? Not to mention the owner accused me of “not picking up order” when that is something I have never done. No exaggeration the WORST customer service anywhere around. Anything fried is trash because they never change their oil and you can taste it. If the fries are even edible and not 5 hours old.
Horrible service every time
There are way better pizza places to order from. Save yourself the headache.
Oh and if you go in to eat or pick up be prepared for the nastiest dinning room, if you even call it that. Plus the staff is all 19-20yr olds who don’t have a care in the world about your food. And the owner is rude and standoffish.
I really have nothing nice to say about this place. Coming from someone who has givin chance after chance to this place just because my wife loves there grinder rolls.

Ordered a sub through website, it didnt go through correctly, understandable, called cause it had no meat! Charged me for new correct sub asked for a discount was given $.50 and told 10-15 min, call a half hour later it still hasn't left. Told them keep it and i want a refund. They are less than 1/2 mile from me on the same road. I get things happen, but man this order was a nightmare.
Atmosphere is horrible. Staff was indifferent and seemed a bit lazy. Food was crap and I got sick during the night, but wasn't surprised really. Menu's way too big! I can't help but wonder how much of the food is actually fresh. I suspect a lot of it is frozen by the taste of my pasta dish. And, quite frankly, Empire has some very weird items on its menu. I can't help wonder about the quality of the food and the cleanliness of the kitchen.
As I walked into the restaurant to pick my pizza, a girl at the front counter was on the phone with a customer about the meat being spoiled which isn't the thing you wanna hear about the food from the eatery you ordered from. They had lots of people working and/or cooking. None of which were wearing gloves or hairnets, which one could consider unsanitary. Apparently there was not enough money to give me my change from the cash register, so the woman pulled money out of her bra and handed it to me. The pizza its self wasn't great either. The dough was soggy and the cheese wasn't put on the pie well. Overall, it wasn't a great experience.
I wish I could post a pic of what my pizza looked like when it came - disgusting - I had ordered extra cheese - there was more cheese on it than anyone would ever want to eat - and a large amount had slid off the pizza and was stuck to the box. I just took a pic of it, posted on my FB page and advised everyone to spread the word not to order from them. I wish they would stop wasting money sending me menus in the mail - maybe they could save money with that and use it to hire a better chef.
Just got off the phone with them 20 minutes ago. They delivered the wrong item & when I asked them to fix the order, they said they were out of the item I had ordered & had substituted the cheaper item (without asking me or adjusting the price) & would "credit my account" as if I would ever order from them again. I asked them to refund my money for the item they shorted me. They said they would bring it over. Still waiting...
We ordered from there once and it was disgusting, I called to talk to a manager about it and he told me he did things his way it wasn't my choice. I will never order from there again. All I had said to him was that the food had no flavor, as they didn't use any type of seasonings or anything, he said too bad. So they lost a customer for sure.
