Always a great time at majestic, I've been here on multiple occasions with my cars and have had from a exhaust all the way to a pro charger.

I've been stationed down here for almost 5 years now and read all the bad reviews on Majestic, and heard 1st hand from buddies about how I should NOT take my car to them.

Nonetheless I gave them the huge benefit of the doubt and took my IS300 to them just to have the front fenders slightly rolled/flared. Well they did that, and gave me the clearance I asked for. But also cracked the paint on the lips as well, pretty bad. I asked their tech if he used a heat gun and he responded "never do". Their service guy swore that "they've done dozens, never used heat and never had cracking". When I stated that I was going to have to get quotes on getting the paint fixed, he got defensive and said "look man, I'm not paying for your repair". He tried to point out some supposed minor paint cracking on my rear fender, but they didn't even touch the rear fenders! I came in just for the front AND paid for the work even though they did a shoddy job. At NO point did they offer an apology, ask how can we make this right for you, or even offer my money back. It will cost me about $675 to have the front fenders prepped and resprayed.

Even a teenager with a ricer on YouTube rolling his fenders with a bat would tell you a heat gun and IR thermometer are necessary. Which I assumed the "tech" would use.

Bottom line is these guys are clearly used to taking flak from customers and being happy to tell them to go pound sand. They prey on Marines down here, because most guys aren't down here for my than 2 years and get out or move on. Or, they have staff members on many forums who can delete posts, or post made up ones. These guys are NOT InLine Pro of NOVA or anything. They are the Jiffy Lube of such shops. Do NOT take your car here. Read other posts. You will get screwed, and they will try and make you feel like it's your fault. You will regret it. You have been warned.

I just returned from deployment and had some truck parts waiting for me at home. I decided to wake up the next morning to see if I would be able to get them installed. I turned to Majestic Motorsports to see if they could help me out. I could not be happier with the level of service I received. Not only were they able to install the parts, but they also did it the same day! Wes was super helpful and knowledgeable and was able to get me started on the spot. Dom came out and gave me a quote, let me know exactly what the install would entail, and then got to work as soon as I gave the OK. A few hours later, I returned to see my truck looking better than ever. Judging by the quality of the finished product, it is clear that they treated my truck as if it was their own. Once again, I could not be happier with the level of service and quality of work I received here. To say Majestic Motorsports is the best modification shop in the area would be an understatement. I will absolutely be returning in the near future to finish the facelift on my truck. I highly recommend them to anybody wanting to customize their ride and make it a majestic beast.

I had a cold air intake and shifter installed, I was quoted a price of $250-$300, when I went to pay the bill it was $420.00. I understand a few dollars over the quote but that's ridiculous. I will never do business with them again.

HORRIBLE, DISHONEST, LYING! Do NOT take your car here under any circumstances. They quote you a price then add more and more things to it. You can NOT get your vehicle back until you pay the entire bill. They make up stuff as they go along and there is nothing you can do about it. The owner is as mean and hateful as the staff! RUN don't walk away from this place!!!!
