The best in the Tri-State and a well organized and professional staff from start to finish. I must honestly say just as important the price is right and the vehicles are luxurious and clean!!! I wouldn't hesitate to spend my money with this company and I will never look for any better people to use when traveling with my loved ones.
I cannot speak highly enough of this car service. This past Friday I had an extremely important interview in NYC that I could not miss. When I woke up that morning to find the roads covered in snow and ice my heart nearly dropped as I panicked to find a taxi to take me to the train station. After calling numerous car services no one was willing to pick me up and I began to lose that I would make it to the city and risk losing an amazing job. I then contacted Dependable Car & Taxi Service and spoke to the boss, Terrence, who heard the desperation in my voice and offered to trek through the snow and personally pick me up himself. Not only did he arrive as fast as he could, but he was kind and professional the entire journey. He even offered to drive me to a train station further north so that I would arrive in the city at an earlier time. Thanks to Terrence and his amazing customer service, I ended up making it for my job interview!

Dependable car service is certainly dependable and more! The owner, Terrence, is a fair minded, reliable gentleman who strives to meet the expectations of his clients. He is courteous and sympathetic to any special needs of his clients.
Used them back in August for a 530am pickup out of Asbury Park to Jersey City. Clean Suburban freindly driver and right on time service. Will recommend and use again!
