Wanted to know if any of you got your money back because of the service and being unhappy??? Right now waiting on them to call for the second time I told them that I could not see through the lenses... sigh!!! Been going on 3 weeks. I am very in happy. They got the script wrong....

Chad Nixon is better suited as a counter sales person at Walmart. After the fastest 'Doctor' exam ever, I fully expected to see his retail sales name tag on his shirt while I paid for the 'exam'. We didn't purchase glasses at his store. We had much better service down the road.
If Zero stars was an option for this I'd give them nothing. This was my worst experience as far as an eye exam and service ever. I can't believe anyone would want to go back.
This place is HORRENDOUS! There customer service is seriously one of the worst I've ever experienced. I had a pair of frames picked out and ready to purchase. Because of how EXTREMELY rude both receptionists were I didn't purchase anything and walked right out. I would never recommend this place and they definetly lost service from me.
The doctor is very rude and will lie to you just to make more money! Office manager is very unprofessional also they will not give you your script in hopes that they can sell you their over priced glasses and contact lenses.
