Worst experience ever. I purchased a car Nov 3rd and it broke down on Nov 17th at 2:30 in the morning and the motor block pieces were spitting out at me through the vents! I paid to have it towed to their service center where it still sits and it January 1st. I was hung up on several times or they just didn't answer for me. The car had a Rod knock and i was told i would have to pay $800 for repair and cost of labor. They kept the car so long i lost my job due to lack of a vehicle and they had no problem telling me it wasn't their problem! Then finally my grandfather called and the service center stated the car hasn't been touched yet and they would give me a "deal" and do labor free but I would have to purchase a motor myself and being I to them. With no job I am now stuck with what will be bad credit and no way to purchase anything. I do not recommend anyone dealing with Uncle Joe's! Horrible unprofessional staff and a dishonest owner. I've read all the other reviews as well and I only see one decent review naming each staff member......sounds like they wrote that review themselves!
I purchase a certified pre-owned BMW from Grand Blanc BMW Dealership and since the purchase it has been going back and forth to their repair shop. …
When we need a used car or are going to sell one we contact Jim. I think he has been in the car biz forever. Honest. He will tell you like it is and not waste your time. Jim has taken care of our used car needs multiple times. He is a straight forward guy. Thank Jim!
Don allred was the greatest great help in financing and customer service really appreciate the quality and high standards the company caries
Excellent customer service, friendly staff, and getting financed was a breeze. Lots of affordable options too.
Don't buy a car from this man. Jim Myers sold me a vehicle with a 90 day, 4500 mile warranty. I have had nothing but problems with this van amassing almost 2,000 dollars in repairs in less than 90 days and only 2,000 miles driven. Oh, the warranty? They only covered 67 dollars and made it so difficult that the repair center wrote it off as an expense. Jim was not receptive to compensation in any way.
