They are very thorough here and take the time to explain options and treatments. I would highly recommend.

I have been coming to Countryside Veterinary Hospital since 2006. The staff have been wonderful since day 1. In my opinion Dr. Kennedy is the best vet for our dog. If you want a Vet that truly cares you should check them out.

Although the vets are techs seem to know their stuff the front desk staff is always frazzled!! I have been going there since I moved to Livingston county in 2011. When you check out be ready to wait 15-30 minutes for your paperwork to make it to the front desk, be prepared to be on hold every time you call. I have two dogs and I can only bring in one dog at a time. Today it took the front desk staff 10 minutes to check me in they could not find my dogs folders (and the place was nearly empty, there was one other person with a dog doing the paperwork wait, discussed above) My other dog was waiting in the car and because it was a warm day I was starting to worry about the dog left in the car in the heat and I told the front desk staff just that and asked if I could put the dog (I already had inside) into one of the THREE EMPTY EXAM ROOMS so I could get the other dog out of the car and they said NO. WOW I walked out and will be looking for a new vet.

Countryside Veterinary Hospital is exactly what you want in a vet. They are very honest and forthright and it is clear how much they love animals and care for all of them.

Regardless of how big or how small the issue or concern, the staff at Countryside goes above and beyond to make sure your pet is getting all the care they need, and that you are well informed on everything going on. I absolutely recommend them.

I really love the entire staff at Countryside Veterinary Hospital. They make it so clear how much they are animal lovers through and through. They are really great with people too. All of our friends go to Countryside and we are all thrilled with their services.

Called these guys to get my dogs shots updated and one of their ladies quoted me a price and had me pay for it and then after they turn around and send me a bill and tell me that they "Misquoted" the services.. Absolutely poor business practice and they are already overpriced as is.. Find another place to take your pet that will be up front and honest with you!

I would like everyone out there to know that these guys are truly the best!! I can not thank them enough for the compassion and attention to the smallest details that they have shown my family during our hardest times. Iam not the best pet owner but they allways treat us as if we were family. When I had an emergency the attitude was the rainbow through the storm. To see the staff and doctors shift into emergency mode was like watching a pit crew at the races there isn't anyway to explain it. If Dr Kennedy ever reads this YOU ARE THE BEST!!

If you are looking for quality, compassionate care, this is the place. We travel over 30 miles for 4 pets to go here rather than many close by.

I took my pet into Companion Animal Hospital, and I was amazed. Dr. Kathleen Gannon, the vet who took over CAH last year, has a touch with animals, calming even the most nervous. Her husband, Max, acted as assistant and manager, making sure I was comfortable and my cats were safe on the table. I was taken into a room and asked a few questions about my pets before they were seen. I enjoyed the welcoming, homey atmosphere and the way my pets were treated like family. CAH is the place my pets will go from now on.
