I always prefer to support local businesses, but this one is off my list. My first negative experience involved an ordered item that was not as described in the catalog. They refused to refund, but offered a store credit. The second time also involved a special order. It was promised for the holidays but did not arrive in time. When I picked it up at the store, the person who retrieved it from stock set the somewhat large box down and walked away. I had to ask that it be taken to my car and was subjected to attitude. I've always felt the staff was a bit snippy, but this was flat out rudeness.

So happy with their service and knowledge of Wood Stoves.
