I wish I had her name but, I had went to this Bank today, my first time there and when the teller called me up I asked if they did cash advances? and she straight out said no after I said I did not have an acct there. Then she asked me for how much and that didn't make any sense to me. I called about2 or 3 of their other banks, including Corporate office and the all said they did with proper id which I had with me. When I called back shewas shocked that I had called the other places. I started not too but that lie just didn't stick with me very well,even her co-worker tried to lie for her. Sad how some folks tries to be so professional and don't even know how to treat other folks.becareful what goes around does come back around.

The institution calling it's self a bank is highly incorrect! At this location is the only time I have dealt with a person having any professionalism and understanding of how Regions work. Shaun is very kind helpful great guy any other time which has been numerous the service is rude, uneducated about the company, sarcastic, unhelpful. A Manger just hung up on me! I called due to my questions of charges on my account from them. They charged me NSF and my account wasn't over drawn. I'm reporting this to authorities.
DO NOT GO TO THIS CHASE LOCATION! No matter what time of day I have gone to this location, there is only ONE teller and they are extremely slow. I went this morning and had time to paint my nails, and sit another 25 minutes - EVEN THOUGH I WAS THE ONLY ONE IN MY LANE!!! All I was trying to do was make a simple deposit. I complained to the rude branch manager and he said they would have another person come in soon. WOW! AND THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A BANK!!! UNBELIEVEABLE!!!
My experience at this bank was horrible. I cannot believe how they treat their customers. The manager was the most rude obnoxious lady I have ever had to deal with in any circumstance of Life day today. I was paid Friday with a check from a new bank. My boss decided to switch Banks and go to Wells Fargo. So as usual I go into Wells Fargo to cash my check on Friday only to find out that their Bank policies differ from other bank policies. First you must come inside so that you can give your fingerprint. Cross the street you can go to Bank of America who have computer online tellers who will cash your check at will. No fingerprinting no face to face just drive up and cash your check. Number 2 you must have to types of ID. I didn't have two types of ID so I asked the manager if she could possibly help me in anyway that it was Easter weekend and I needed my paycheck and because of the switch of banks there would be no way for me to cash my check with them. The bank did not care.Never again
Very bad customer service. We walked in expecting to be greeted and the Vice President came out and looked at us like we were such a bother. We will never again return to this business.
