This cleaner’s service is so great. The girl works there is extremely sweet and my clothes always ready on time as promised and super clean!! I brought my blanket and pillows that were flooded and smell like dead animals that I couldnt even open the bag, but she took them in, and cleaned them as if they were brand new, and smell sooooooo good!! Oh mah gosh, I couldnt even believe it, and I gave her $10 tips for her hard work!!! Highly recommended!!! Oh, she also sew my pants’ buttons for free since I’m her regular customer while the other places will charges at least $5/button... Take your dirty clothes there to support them, and you’ll love it for sure!!
Paid $45 for a pair of pants to be hemmed, picked them up about a week after turning them in and absolutely nothing had been done to them. $45 for pants day-care.
Quality Dry Cleaning, Great customer service, I love the Drive-Thru makes things so much easier espically when I am in a rush. They have same day service and I have NEVER been dissapointed with their services.
This place is definitely the worst dry cleaners I have ever been too. I have used them a couple of times, but this is the last time. I dropped off 28 pieces, a mixture of shirts and pants. The lady asked when I needed them. I told her the next day and asked if there would be an extra charge. She said there wouldn't be. The next day I go to pick up my clothes and the price is $83. I asked the person at the counter to explain the price and he stated that it was for laundry and dry cleaning. I told him that the price was wrong as the last time I dropped clothes off, I had asked for same day and it was $65 for 25 pieces. I asked to speak with the lady that had attended me before and she stated the same thing that the laundry was $1.25 a piece and the dry cleaning was $1.50. There was $26 worth of laundry and $57 worth of dry cleaning. They both kept saying that if I had wanted everything dry cleaned that it would have been more expensive. I paid them and left as there was clearly no customer service or attempt at offering some kind of corrective action as I was clearly not happy. When I got home I noticed that the lady had placed "special" tags on all the clothes. They charged me for the next day service, but did not say anything. In fact, told me that there would be no charge for next day. There also was nothing noted stating "special" on the paper handwritten ticket they provided when I dropped off my clothes. Not only is the customer service poor, but there seems to be no clear pricing structure and if there is they don't abide by it. I would not recommend this place. As I have just moved back to the city I chose them for the location, but I obviously made a mistake.
Sang is kind professional businessman. I had problem with a shirt and he went above and beyond to make it right. You will be happy with this cleaners.
Dont even get close: I left several items and had to spend sometime out of the country, yesterday when we came back to pickup our clothes the manager said (without even a small regret); "oh, I no longer have your clothes here"... obvious question is where are they right? How long will it it take to bring them from wherever you have them... to what she answered: "WELL, I GAVE IT AWAY TO GOODWILL"... and more shockingly so, no regrest, no sorry, no nothing... She gave away an Hermes tie, some Loro Piana cashmere pants, Brioni dress slacks, and 3 Elli Tahari blouses from my wife... without even one phone call alerting or anything... that is easily $3K in clothes SUPPOSEDLY given away to beggars (she probably sells the stuff)... When asked why didnt she called she simply said: "Oh, we are too busy, we dont have time to do so"... seriously!!!
One small stain on shirt was made worse because they made the stain run down from above pocket to pocket. When dropped off had attendentant to mark it but it was only made worse. One to avoid.

If I could give zero stars, I certainly would. I have been a VERY loyal customer for over a year (multiple times a week kind of loyal), and have just received some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. First of all, my husband and I have asked them repeatedly NOT to put creases in our shorts and jeans, and the last 5 times they've had creases. When I told them about it they told me that I needed to be sure they add the "no crease" tags. Not my responsibility, but OK.Then, I went to pick up a large order today and one of my Gap sweaters had a large hole right in front. I asked the man who appears to be the owner or manager about it and, after he pretended not to see it, he finally told me that I need to check my closet because something in my closet ripped it! What?! I know for certain there was no hole when I dropped it off. I wore it on a Friday, and dropped it off the very next Saturday morning. He was very combative and very rude with me and denied everything all while backing away from me trying to end/ignore the conversation. I told him that I would never be back because it's clear he doesn't care about my garments and then he told me to "get out!". Don't have to tell me twice.Disgusting service, please never go here.
