This must have been by far, the worst recruiting service I have ever had in my professional career up to this point. Believe it or not I still have not heard back from the recruiter ( Joy) about how my interview with the client went, and I had my interview with the client in December of 2016. No calls, No emails, No follow up none what so ever.I actually had the misfortune in dealing with the recruiting manager of this agency Joy De La O. She was very eager to speak with me at the beginning of the process and she went ahead and submitted my resume to the client before meeting with me in person and that was done with my permission. After the client agreed to schedule an interview with me, I requested a meeting with Joy so she can provide me with few tips on what this client is looking for so I can prepare myself for the interview; and all I got back from her was that she is too busy to provide me with any information at this time, and she gave me wrong information about the people that I will be meeting with; and I wind up meeting with different individuals.I went to the office to meet with her regardless before the interview and she had me wait outside for 15 minutes before she agreed to see me, and still didn’t give me any information about the client interview process.Of course, I know by now that I was not selected for the position at this great company because it had been over three months now. And I had to figure this out on my own because Ms. Joy would not provide me any feedback about how my interview went .I am very surprised on how can higher management of primary services agree to be represented by people like Ms. Joy. Great level of unprofessionalism, Terrible experience and I will never work with this agency again.

Some people are so sensitive. Company have the right to know about who they are possibly hiring and a responsibility to try to protect their customer and employees. The hiring mgr explained the Cole Group assists in doing this and in helping me show Im ready to work there. I answered their questions and was processed through fast. The next day I found out I got the job.

I had to call Cole Group when I applied for a job. They asked me straight-forward questions and I was done with the process in about 25 minutes. The lady was courteous and the documents I had signed prior already explained what was going to happen to me and that all information is private/secure. I got the job and want to thank Cole Group for giving me the opportunity to go through their process and demonstrate to my new employer I was a great fit for their organization.

Just came to Houston looking for a job and the recruiters here found me one in a weeks time. Thanks Primary!

Let me begin with saying, I had a new Carrier Brand AC and heat system installed in April 2016, I paid 7,978.00 for the Complete System, The installation was good at best, I heard a whistling noise coming from the attic a few days after the install, went up into attic and found a leak at the evap. case, I myself sealed the case to stop the whistling noise (no big deal), After approx. 2 weeks of use the Outside Cond. Unit started making a vibrating noise and Very Loud CLUNK noise when shutting off, I called ARS, (281/713) 777-7777, and told them what was going with the New Unit, and they scheduled and appointment, The repairman arrived 2HRS. LATE, but it wasn't a problem, The repairman checked the unit out and stated that the LOUD CLUNKING NOISE IS CAUSED FROM THE TYPE OF FREON BEING USED IN THE NEWER SYSTEMS. Huummm, I not stupid, He finished his check out and left. Then approx. 3 weeks later the LOUD CLUNKING NOISE AND VIBRATION CONTINUED TO GET LOUDER, Again I called ARS , An appointment was scheduled, The repairman arrived 2.5 hours late, He checked the unit out and didn't know what was causing the Loud Clunking Noise, but he said it (WASN"T THE FREON) LOL, He was finished and left, Still making the Loud Clunking Noise and vibration. Now ARS called me and stated that they wanted to come out and provide me with a FREE service checkup since it's still under Factory Warranty, I agreed and scheduled an appointment between 1pm and 5 pm during the week, I agreed and waited for the repairman, at 5PM on the day of the appointment I was called and informed that the repairman was running late, I had make Plans for that evening and could not wait any longer. ARS should have Called sooner than 5pm and rescheduled or let me know. I also had an appointment for ARS to inspect my Attic for insulation, I want to ADD more insulation. But after the way the last appointment was NOT made on time, I decided that was the END of doing business with ARS,

My experience dealing with this company was definitely not a good one. They were rude, the person I dealt with asked ambiguous questions and then muttered some pretty rude stuff when I didn't give the answers they were looking for. My advice for anyone with the choice to do business with this company: don't...if you are forced to (like a background interview) then try and get through and be the bigger person.

They called me and told me I was hired I called them back and told them I had a vaction coming up in September and I needed a week off Kimberly the women who interviewed me told me it was ok. A few minutes later she called me back and said no I wasn't hired for me to call back after my vaction/WTF

This company does not offer any vacation, and if the employer you are working for does not turn in false hours for you, you will not get paid Holidays until you have completed almost 9-months of temp employment. Once they get their money they stop answering your phone calls, and get upset when you call them or try to reach them. The Dallas office is almost like they have something to hide. It is so hard to get a phone number no one answers at their extensions, and they provide not contact information on the internet The owners seem to be Japanese

The staff at Aerotek is super, with the hard times in the oil and gas industry, this Aerotek is doing the best job possible in any employment agency. I have tried them all and Aerotek is the only one of them that has been able to help me. I praise the staff and suggest to all that please remember until things recover lower wages are possible and you must follow all rules to the fullest. Things are tough out there and employers are being very rough and not timely about hiring. Your best bet is with Aerotek, for they run all the ground work for you and simplify the employment opportunities for you. Yes things are tough right now. Trust in these People at Aerotek, they are fantastic!. Bruce
