Hai c. Vuong1967 Armstrong avenueSan Francisco, CA 94124Tel# 415-508-1825Case: Pid# 91577938Re:OCCHere are the brief information about my claim. Your question was why the bank owes me $400.00 mentioned in your letter to me. On March 3, 2017, in your question concerning about my claim with the bank. In August 4, 2016, I was filing marital status discrimination against bank of America with OCC, and the OCC made a duplication of my case, for my issue, which was case#03107350 and 03107351, where the resolution letter had not mail out to me. The bank of America, NA, owed me $26.10, for two separates $13.05 , for s.f. superior court e-filing online, civil case filing, that was fraudulent act by s.f. superior court's clerk and the bank said that I had not cancel my debit card ending in 3859. In other hand, the $400.00 (see fax#2, claim# 16031100311) was connected this claim. The bank owes me $400.00 also because they said that this amount was linked to $26.10. It means that the bank was not honest during the process of $400.00 claim, that this amount was yet not processed. In this supportive document revealed that 'online reply expired' (see at fax#3) in July 7, 2016, in page claim inbox and it stated the claim was resolved in March 25, 2016 for July 6, 2016 (see fax#4), in page claim# 160325101553. In conclusion, in my case, when a late resolution letter comes from a claim that was more than 90 days old, it simply means this claim connected with other claim, the bank of America did not respond to my message regarding 60 days period for expired $400.00 claim. By the way, I want to get my resolution letter from the OCC. So, please process my complaint, Mr. Eversole. If you have any questions , feel free to contact BofA at 1-877-430-1437 ext. 437886 or contact the OCC at 1-800-613-6743.Additionally, the OCC has rejected my appeal where they created my apoeal already march 2017.Sincerely,/S/Hai c. The sheriff deputy came into a sport's bar and detained everyone for an hour. Very rude and I understand they have to do there job I thought they were supposed to help
There was an incident, disturbing the peace last Friday night on 77019, 4 officers showed up after our call, and 2 officer a male and a female stayed behind . These are the most professional people that I have ever seen. My compliments to this department. Thank you
I'm hesitant to give it even ONE star. I just called because my SNAP case is wrong on their computer. It shows I got an amount of money that I never received. I was told by 211 to contact my local office since they're the only ones that can fix this. Well I called, I got transferred to a very rude lady who I realized was talking on her cell phone at the time I called, I stated my case and she got irritated and told her friend on her cell "let me call you back" she got irritated when taking my social security number. She looked me up and said the computer says you got both amounts for May and June. I assured her, that was wrong, I keep my receipts and at no time was the May amount ever added to my card. She insisted with much attitude that since the computer said that I got my amount that it was right and therefore "HAVE A NICE DAY" as she was getting ready to hang up on me, I asked to speak to someone else because 211 saw the mistake as well as the SNAP number and both asked me to call this office. She transferred me to a voicemail. This lady was extremely rude and though I was taught to never raise my voice, boy did I sure want to but held back. It's hard enough having to ask for help and when we get people like that over the phone unwilling to help it makes one feel worthless. We go through hard times and this is the treatment we get for our suffering? If people don't like their jobs, go somewhere else there's others that'd be happy to hear cases and help where it's necessary. I'm very upset with the phone service. I don't drive due to my disorders or I'd go in person but this is just horrible.
I am extremely pleased with your bee removal and house repair services. The entire process was performed professionally and courteously from the initial quote to completion. Ron Cox and his crew (Mary and Jesus) did a fantastic job and I couldn't be happier. Ron explained the process before the job, keep me informed throughout and there were no surprises. The entire job was completed in only a few hours and if I didn't know where they had entered the wall to extract the bees, I wouldn't be able to tell. The entry repair looks great. Job well done by Adkins Bee Removal. Thanks for the excellent service!R. LangfordThe Woodlands, Texas
Poor customer service. I was asking one of the girls a question since im a new customer and she turned around to talk to her co worker instead of answering my question.
If you don't want to stand in line long, and you want agents who will treat you with kindness and show patience when you need additional information, the Cypresswood Branch of the Harris County tax collector is where you should go. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! Earlier in the day, I went to the Tomball branch and will not go back. I was in line for half an hour, then found out the people in front of me had been there for over 2 hours. They still had at least 9 people in front of them, which meant I had 15 people in front of me! The line didn't move the entire time I was there. Oh, and there was only one agent servicing because at 11:00, two others had gone to lunch.
