The Delivery Personel do not put their hearts into their jobs as FedEx or USPS personal do!Was home waiting on a package, not sure how DHL passed by!! as soon as I got a text that delivery attempted, I ran out the house, no truck was in the street seems like the DHL personnel had a race to catch!! DHL does not care as FedEx and other courier services do!! so disappointed.
Started doing business here with Ali, his brother and father many years ago. In the last year Abdul was added and the place is a waste of time. Said they fixed my phone with a new part but in three days it broke the same way. Them Abdul said it was a virus and needed another $39.99 fix. Don't waste your time there.
FRAUDULENT! DECEPTIVE! SHADY! I bubbled wrap all my items and then pay for UPS Store to fill the box with peanut packing and paid for additional insurance as SUGGESTED and RECOMMENDED by employees. Well unfortunately 1 of the 2 items in my packaged arrived broken. I filed an insurance claim on only the ONE item. I was told by the manager after she verified that I purchased insurance and packing that once pictures are received that I should receive payment of claim. After 4-5 weeks of "investigation" I was told my claim was denied because I did not purchase UPS Boxes or UPS full service packing. When I questioned the purpose of purchasing insurance as recommended, I was told it only applies when you purchase all items from UPS.IF this is not already a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT, it should be soon. TRAIN your employees to inform the customer unless they purchase all of UPS labeled items and services, insurance claims will NOT be honored. Employees currently fraudulently will tell customers they need insurance. The employees will NOT tell customers they need to buy all UPS labeled boxes and services.I shipped another replacement item to my customer within days after I was informed the original had broken in transit with UPS. I had believed and trusted that UPS would operate with more integrity than what it has thus far. I have paid double shipping and less profit of two items.

My wife and I contacted Henry from QM and they got us the best price in town to move our stuff between apartments. They were right on time the day of moving and worked professionally, quickly, and carefully. My experience with QM was more than exceptional. They took all of the stress out of moving and we were able to relax a bit and enjoy our new apartment. I would definitely recommend QM to anyone looking to move and will be using their services again in the future!
This is the first moving company I ever hire. I believe I have now been spoiled. Henry contacted me for moving my piano, I already had another moving company lined up, but Henry was very persistent and extremely flexible and easy to work with so I decided to give him a chance and I am glad I did. He showed up on a Sunday at 7am with the best attitude and ready to work. Needless to say, he will forever handle any moving needs for the rest of my life. I contacted the company I had lined up and explained the situation and even they were impressed by Henry.
Felt compelled to write this review to counter-act the other negative ones. Yesterday, I traveled on British Airways and was notified during the flight that one of my bags had been mis-routed. As a frequent traveler, I wasn't thrilled but realized that 'stuff happens.' Upon arrival at my destination, a BA representative gave me a baggage tracking number and advised when my bag was expected to arrive. I was able to track it on BA.com, and earlier today I received a text that my bag had arrived at the airport and Fast Track would be delivering it. I shortly received a call from a very friendly guy named Brandon from Fast Track who gave me his ETA and made sure someone would be available to sign for the bag. He was on time.All together, my bag arrived less than 24 hours from my flight arrival time. Given the complexities of international travel, I consider this a success story.

I had to call Quick Movers last minute to schedule a move from my apartment to a house nearby. I got a quick response from Henry and throughout the entire process he was nothing but fantastic. He and one other man showed up to help us move from our 3rd floor apartment and got it done very quickly with a great attitude the whole time. I got text message updates as they were en route letting me know when they'd arrive at the apartment. They took very good care of all our furniture, helped us wipe the dust off and wrap it up before bringing it to the car. The price was MUCH better than any nearby movers I spoke to and it was well wort it. Couldn't be happier with the service and I will absolutely refer them to anyone I can!
