Absolutely horrible. Always miss my trash pick up. I have two trash cans on the curb and they haven't picked it up. But they drive right by. I live on the main st coming into ponderosa forest. All my neighbors and others drive by my trash cans all week wondering why there not being picked up. We've called numerous times. We're promised by the little girl who answers the phone over and over that out trash would be picked up. It never was. I sat on the HOA board and meet the owner of j&s trash. What a shame he lets his company get this type of reputation. If your HOA is considering this company. Be very careful, I personally have had nothing but problems. This is about the 12th incident with this company.

Residential pick up in Galveston County has been horrible. The trucks fail to come quite often for our 2 day per week delivery in unincorporated Galveston County and this week missed both days. Customer service is totally ineffectual and just passes the buck to someone you cannot talk to. Our neighborhood is about to search for another residential garbage company.
Worst GARBAGE company if you can call company. They took my money and never pick up the trash not only mine but the entire neighborhood they dont answer the phone what kind of business is this i don't understand how they can get away with that, i dont know what to do with them. HORRIBLE ,HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! Send them the check for the service and never heard back from them. I would call them and they would lie and say they were coming. ITS BEEN TWO MONTHS and they are still not here. Now they send my calls to voicemail.
In Dickinson Texas I have experienced missed pickups, lies, stopped service for no reason, false claims sent to collection agency and overcharges they refuse to correct. Not on the top of my list.
Terrible! I've been in my house since 2002 and haven't had any problems with trash or recycle until this year. We put the cans in our yard at the curb and once they are emptied, they put the cans in my driveway. I shouldn't have to park in the street and move the cans in order to pull into my driveway. I've been calling and emailing almost every week to request them to put the cans back where they were originally set and I get nothing but the same exact headache the following week.
My parents have had this company for over 30 years! They were a good co until about 2-3 years ago. Now there's weeks that their trash is not picked up! "WEEKS!" That the Entire Neighborhoods Trash IS NOT PICKED UP! That's just not right! And bc they don't communicate with their customers They don't know what's going on! And if they would just reach out and explain they're having some issues I know ppl would be more than understanding!
