So very frustrated with this company. Always late delivery and do not following shipping instructions on the packing lists or purchase orders. Can't get anyone on the phone... have to leave a message or email customer care then wait just like you already have been.
We have worked with Galaxy for years and they have always gone above and beyond for us. We truly love working with them and will keep doing so for all of our shipping needs!

the worst carrier ive ever used. no customer serv.ice supervisor, phone operators giving false information, phone operators are smart asses. our company isn't going to use them and I recommend the same. theres a lot of good carriers out there. just do the research
We've been a customer for a few years now and it has been a pretty good experience. We schedule pickups about once every two weeks. The driver is always friendly when he comes to pick up our shipments. I recommend using Central
No company that truly values their business and customers should ever use this transportation company. I'm reluctant to continue to do business with the company that shipped my packages, if they will continue to send my packages through AAA Cooper. This is truly the worst company I have ever dealt with.My office management doesn't deserve to be disrespected, as they are always pleasant and very helpful. I am beyond shocked at the lack of professionalism that this company has. The delivery guy showed up and refused to leave the packages in the front office. When he was given permission to access the building for delivery purposes, he stood in the office and refused to deliver the packages to the door, stating '"I'm not going any further than right here" and left without delivering the packages.I will post this review everywhere that this company can be found to make customers and businesses aware of AAA Coopers poor customer service.
Our company shipped out 3 pallets furniture last Wednesday Sept 21st via Southwestern Motor Transport from Houston, TX to Dallas, TX. When Southwestern Motor driver delivered the merchandise to customer on Sept. 22nd, my customer ONLY received 2 pallets instead of 3 pallets. Our employee tried to communicate with Southwestern Motor Houston office and Dallas office In this past whole week. The terminal employees and managers are very unprofessional. BOTH Houston and Dallas Southwestern Motor offices couldn't find that missing pallet and come up a solution of this issue up to date. Our customer is still patiently waiting for the missing pallet for his retail customer. Please find out and follow your tracking history, tell us where this ONE pallet is; and if Southwestern Motor lost this pallet by accidentally, please have someone who could truly offer the solution to meet the customer satisfaction.
We shipped a total of 6 pallets on two different orders and both shipments were crushed, boxes torn and leaning off the pallets. Of course, the shipments were refused by the consignee which were going to a forwarder for an International destination. All that said, it's on our dime to have returned to the original shipper. Who can afford to do business with these folks? Not us. Good luck to those who do.
EVERYTHING HORRIBLEYOU ARE GONNA LOSE YOUR CUSTOMER THEY ARE SO RUDE. I CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT TODAYFIRST SHIPMENT I HAVE TO KNOW.
I was a little skeptical before doing business with Mr. Hayes. The secretary was very comforting and helpful. I ended up sealing a distributing deal with the company and its been smooth sailings since then. I'm very satisfied with the business.
