It's a waste of money. Stay away please....They don't teach you manual truck driving, pre-trip inspection, 45 degree / 90 degree backing and much more. They say 400 $ for everything (2-3 hours of driving included)..lol and then if you want more then pay them another 200 for 2-3 hours of more driving and finally they make you to pay 700 to 800 $ for no reason. They have one old flat bed truck that breaks down half of the time. They trick you by saying some stimulation programs which is fake. It's a video game that they have and teaches you how to do the truck stimulation.Bottom line is Houston don't have any good CDL school except (HCCS, Lone star college etc). If you have money then pay 3000 $ to some school and get 160 credit hours or sign up with some big companies with a 1 year contract so they can pay you.You need one year of experience anyhow so do it right from beginning instead of wasting 500 to 1000 $ which has no value. If it was California then yes there are lot of good private schools but not here in Houston so you don't have any choice.CDL Express........BadAAA CDL School...........BadClass A CDL/ CDL ACDL.........BadCDL Felipe............BadWalter White.

Utilize this place if you need a truck only! I did $495. Don't expect them to kiss your ass. I didn't. Expect small pointers from them. Now the trucks were small and easy to maneuver, and handle, but I have to say the brakes sucked!! lol, way too sensitive. lol. I saw they owned 3 trucks. they honored all appointments scheduled. I use them for what I needed $495 later, got my class A. see ya!!
I've dealt with this business for more than 2 years. This most recent experience was so bad that I'm now switching trucking companies due to the bad customer service and total disrespect of the employees operating the front desk. Not only did the battery die on their truck 30 mins after we picked it up. The company felt as though the most positive course of action was to blame us and then attempt to charge us additional fees for sending a mechanic out to service their own equipment. Their behavior was 100% unacceptable. They avoided being solution oriented and cost me 4 hrs of downtime while waiting for their mechanic to show up. I highly doubt we will do business with this company again.
CDL EXPRESS did exactly what they advertised. They helped me get my cdl. Took several tries (wont say how many) I even left with their keys once. They never said a word. This is a truck rental company, not a driver education school. They stuck to their policy though. Try till you pass. One rate, unlike some of the other companies.
People, hear me and hear me well! Be wise and take my advice and read the words that I list about this company, at least this location. I would not give ONE star rating to this company if I had the option. This company is THE WORST company because they run this business VERY unprofessionally and lack HIGHLY communication. They rented us the truck and the guy who rented us the truck never stated ANYWHERE about a holiday. Since there is a holiday on Monday (Labor day), the office, to rent, would be closed, therefore, we would have to keep the truck until Tuesday, but continue getting charged for it.By doing this, they could keep money rolling in for them while they choose to close for 2 days because of the holiday. This is a CROOKED way to roll money in for their business, ANY business... and in my opinion, these people are crooks!!! I advise you folk to stay AWAY and rent from another company if possible. This company had a sign on the door that stated they closing for two days so people were going to be charged up until they open again....THIS IS WRONG!!!! This is a TERRIBLE way to run a business and to STAY in a business!!!!!!!! Budget rentals has lost our, and I hope many other people's too, business FOREVER!!!!!!
I want to express how happy and satisfied I was when I left this uhaul facility. The husband and wife, Billy and Glenda Driver were extremely nice and hold a very professional courtesy to their customers and for that, I will definitely come back to this particular uhaul because of Mr and Mrs Driver. Thank you, again Billy and Glenda - y'all were the best!
TRITON RENTALS LLC 10743 NORTH FREEWAY HOUSTON, TX 77037 (281) 447-1269This place had no remorse for not having our equipment(truck and car carrier) at the time of reservation, which was made a week prior; and after asking on two separate occasions if everything will be ready due to being on a time constraint, and was told each time yes everything is ready. We recently attempted to rent a moving truck from Budget off of Wallisville, and were very unhappy with how we were treated. The two service reps were both extremely rude to us. We reserved a truck online and we were supposed to simply be picking it up. We waited for a total of 45 mins, just for a pick up...Not to mention that they took four phone calls & talked in from of us while we waited for fifteen minutes for the truck already reserved in our name. Not even apologizing for ignoring us. We ended up canceling our reservation with budget and rented from another reputable company. I don't usually write reviews, but after my most recent experience with Budget/Avis I wanted to warn others. Please do not come here if you are looking for excellent customer service or are in a hurry. Sadly, we are very disappointed with our experience here and will not be doing business with this company in the future.
Elite Rent a Car is a Car Rental in Houston has a great staff.! best Services!
This place is horrible. it is ran by unprofessional coke heads. A bunch of losers who specialize in ripping off the community. They take your money and only drive with you twice around the block and interstate, for a total of 15 minutes , and then charge you over 300 dollars.
