3000 Sage RdHouston, TX 77056
The 3000 Sage staff is very attentive and reacts with a since of urgency when called upon. Staff member by the name of Stefani; always put priorty in residence. I had a major maintnance issue during the weekend. Stefani made sure it was handle in a expedient manner and checked up on my situation…
17100 Rolling Creek DrHouston, TX 77090
I moved in few months back here and i would recommend PALMS ON ROLLING CREEK apts to anyone looking for a best serviced apartment. The location is great, the quality of the apartments are top notch.
3121 Buffalo SpeedwayHouston, TX 77098
I agree with the last commentor. The grouds are nice but Management is clueless almost to the point of rude and very irresponsible. I don't see how the Owner(s) can invest so much money on this property only to be tainted by a couple of Sales/Mgmt. Staffers that are of no value to the Tenants.
8181 Fannin StHouston, TX 77054
The design of the apartments is thoughtless with a definite touch of cutting the corners. The apartments have inadequate shelf space, and in general have poor layout which limits usage of the floor space (for example; A lot of floor space in the kitchen where you wouldn't place a couch but is …
670 Maxey RdHouston, TX 77013
rating is also actually a zero, i lived there for two months and had a infestation of roaches from day one they never fixed the issue every weekend there were people doing cocaine in the parking lot and drinking with music loud.gunshots every other night, the parking lot was always vandalized by…
5500 De Soto StHouston, TX 77091
Never any hot water, bills are 3 times what the office said they would be (and it's not even winter yet) bugs everywhere no matter how clean you try to be. Cops are always out here, would recommend somewhere far from this location
3401 Ocee StHouston, TX 77063
Don't do it! Save your time and money and move somewhere else. Management here is rude and unprofessional. Maintenance does repairs when ever they get ready. The roaches here are very bad! I have complained constantly and it still continues to be an issue.
1502 Pech RdHouston, TX 77055
I had a horrible experience with management while living at The Glens also. During the time I lived there (2008-2011) the manager had left and the new manager was/is much worse. In fact, the treatment was shockingly rude. I even forfeited my deposit by requesting an early lease termination ju…
6300 W Bellfort StHouston, TX 77035
Please do not move here!!! In my opinion this is the worst place in the southwest especially because of the are its located in where the do vandalism ,Robberies, loud music, kids playing in parking lots scratching cars, drug addiction, maintenance crew also like to steal, they even break into ppls ca…
11505 Keegans Ridge RdHouston, TX 77031
These apts suck. They dont fix stuff, they are infested with bedbugs rats, roaches, and mold. The office staff are thieves and they discriminate against u unless you are an illegal alien that is scared to complain and they can steal money from you. Dont pick these apts. Id rather live under a br…
16202 El Camino RealHouston, TX 77062
I would not recomend this comunity to anyone because the management and their staff are worthless. They do not take care of the residents problems and concerns .There has been several breakins in the apts. and vehicles are vurglarized by thieves and one man was drowned in the swimmingpool in…
5601 Royal Palms StHouston, TX 77021
Horrible!!! Not an exageration. Hurricane Ike litterally destroyed this place that had already fallen off it's last leg and they still have tenants living in the filth and stintch. They have not began to repair anything which even before the hurricane was unlivable. When it rains the apartments …
7315 Southway DrHouston, TX 77087
STAY AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS IF YOU USE YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. They will rent to folks that don't have one with no problem. BUT BEWARE. If you decide you want to leave and even if the rent is paid up and you leave the place spotless and they rent it within that same month!!! Even if…
9550 Meyer Forest DrHouston, TX 77096
The apartments are nice inside and out, but that is all they have going for them. They don't fill work orders, most of the people in the leasing office are rude. If you have any guests parking is hard to come by. They also have a pest problem.
2900 S Gessner RdHouston, TX 77063
By far the worst apt complex to live in Houston. My fiance and i have lived here for 1 yr and a month and we've had our car towed 3 times. For the most bs reasons. CRAZY!!! They must have some deal with the The towing company (Ideal Towing). I have missed 3 days of work. Oh yeah It's Thanksgivin…
11025 Larkwood DrHouston, TX 77096
This place is trifling!!! Managers Vivian and Diane aint about nothing. When my mother first moved in, she was barely allowed to even have plants on her patio. I visited her this Saturday and was in shock. Her new neighbors have everything but the kitchen sink on their patio, and the median …
906 Greens RdHouston, TX 77060
this place is horrible drugs fights and rude acts of pda gangs, everything u dnt want happens here. DONT MOVE IN OVER HERE UNLESS UR A JUNKIE OR A DRUNK OR BE PREPARED TO BE CONFRONTED BY GANG MEMBERS FROM DIFFERENT SETS. This place reminded me of a giant family of different gangs
1239 Bay Area BlvdHouston, TX 77058
1st and foremost I would NOT advise anyone to rent from this complex as long as a racist dog named Laurie Wilson still works there. She is a undercover conniving thief and I would not be surprised if she is not stealing from the company. She has a partner in crime by the name of Victoria Wade wh…

They are nice apartments. However, they do not care about protecting women in domestic violence issues. I left my abusive ex seeking residence at the Voyager. I chose there mainly bc of the “high” security doors there. It turns out, my ex was able to somehow disable the doors and get to my apartment. Management never cared to permanently fix the doors. They also don’t like you calling the police or courtesy officer. Guess bc they are worried their property will look bad or something. My ex (who had criminal trespassing in place at that property, liked to frequently call cops to do welfare checks on our 4 yr old to irritate me. He wanted them to evict me and clearly stated that in emails. So, they eventually did!!!! They put notice on my door that said I had to go for domestic disturbances and needed to leave in 3 days!!!! I fought to extend it couple more weeks. They do not care about women coming there out of domestic violence situations! Horrible management! They are very unsympathetic to a domestic situation that you don’t even have control over!
I have rental properties in various states, including two in Houston. I live in Arizona and doing business with management companies you don't even know can be stressful and difficult at times. I can truly state that Zing Property Management stands at the top of the class. Their accounting program is top notch, you can see every detail in the accounting and your money arrives in your account early every month. Sharon Petty and her staff respond to your inquires immediately. They take care of the repairs after hurricane damages and provide photos both before and after of the areas. I have sold one of my homes and in the closing of the second sale, both with Zing as the listing agent and it has been wonderful. I work with other management companies in other states and only wish they could operate and be as friendly as Zing. I highly recommend them for any of your property management in the Houston area. Thanks again to Sharon Petty and her entire staff, you are GREAT!
This is a lovely facility and I do plan to move there. Office staff was very courteous and worked with me to find the best apartment there for my needs. Grounds are neat and pretty and lots of activities scheduled.
This apartments are very unsafe. We have been here for 6 months and we had someone got inside the apartment and stole all they could find. Its not a good idea to live here, specially if you are alone. Hate this place. Management just informed that they wont receive anymore packages from amazon or any other place, so they will leave it in your door... with the crime here its the worse idea possible
We lost $3,000 unfairly upon move out. We rented from Alan Mundy for a year and we really loved our house. It had issues, like the bathtub and toilet drainage backing up on a couple occasions but otherwise it was a great house. However, he really took a huge chunk of money from us at the end making us pay a $2000 fee for moving out 3 weeks early (despite telling us that was no problem at all without mention of the fee even when asked directly and despite easily getting new tenants who moved in immediately and covered the rest of the months rent). He also made us pay full price for brand new carpets to replace carpet that was 30+ years old and already partially damaged from normal wear and tear when we moved in. This was a week after Harvey so we suspect he used all the funds he took from us to fix the house (it had leaked in the storm and they tore everything out without getting an insurance quote). Anyway needless to say, we were in a bit of distress after losing $3000 and their response was that he was running a business. Very very disappointing.
Poor maintenance, none of the laundry machines working The rent is high comparing the service they give I regrate I move here. There should be a big management change.
If you’re planning on living here, DONT!! Please take the comments in consideration on choosing weather you should move here or not.... so where should I start? Management, oh well they are unorganized, always having someone different working in the office, there’s been different managers you never know who to talk to, the asst manager well don’t ever try and ask her for something because it’ll never get done... you’ll be on a wait list for a garage until the last couple of months of your lease... fed ex and ups packages go to the front, we’ll dont expect to get your package, they’ll send them back if the name doesn’t sound familiar... parking, oh anytime after 6 you won’t find a parking spot next to your residence you’ll end up getting that excersise in from parking your car and walking to your door...... I had a newborn, I had to walk litterally parking in the front by the office all the way to the back complex WITH A NEWBORN in the pitch dark not only once or twice... maintenance yea don’t count on them if you need anything fixed... You like dog poop? well living here you better get used to it, because it’s EVERYWHERE!! They say the give you a fine if you leave dog poop on the ground, well obviously DONT enforce it... There is always cars getting their wheels and tires stolen at night and management DOES NOT do anything about it, people mess with other vehicles management DOES NOT do anything about it.... walls and ceilings are paper thin you can hear your neighbors... I’m sure there is more I can say but I just can’t come to words right now! I just advice anyone and everyone think before moving to Clearpoint Crossing...
The Trails at Rock Creek are considered luxury apartments and they are nice but they are expensive. For the price I was paying I expected more! The gates were often broken so people who didn't live there would come and fill up the dumpsters. On one of the many occasions when the gate was broken I got robbed, with no security cameras on the property the criminals got away with it! On another occasion when the gates were broken a tenant was going crazy driving fast in and out of the apartments racing through the gates and almost killed a mother and her child in the parking lot. I was mortified and the mother was in tears! When I first moved in, the office staff was amazing but the current office staff are unprofessional. With the exception of Jason, he was part of the original staff and he's still on his game but the rest of them are rude. They don't answer the phone and they don't return phone calls. There were a couple of times I had to call for maintenance when I first moved in and the repairs were taken care of right away but the new staff doesn't seem to care about the tenants like the old staff did. The faucet in my shower popped out of the wall so I couldn't use it. I had to call the office several times before I got someone to answer, then I had to wait 3 days to get the repair done. On the 3rd day I went into the office to see what was going on and she acted like it was no big deal. It was repaired that day when I got home from work but something like a shower should have been fixed by the next day. When I was moving out, I got to experience their rude attitudes one more time as a going away present. I called the office a few times on December 31, 2017 to find out where to leave my keys because I wouldn't be done when the office closed at 5 pm but no one ever answered so I left a message and like usual no one called me back. I looked for a drop box but couldn't find one and the next day was New Years Day so they were closed. The next morning I called right away and they tried to tell me I owed for 2 days because I didn't turn in the keys. I tried to explain to them that I called several times and left a message but they didn't care. I spoke to 2 different ladies and they were so rude! I lived there for 18 months, I paid my rent on line and I was never late but they didn't care they said I should have put it in the drop box. When I went by with the keys they showed me a drop box that is no where near the door and it's the same color as the brick so I couldn't find it at night. I wish I could have remembered their names so I could have included them on this review, but if you go there you will know who I'm talking about because you too will experience their attitudes!!!
Nice apartments and great maintenance but if you have noisy neighbors you are sadly on your own. My upstairs neighbors are moving furniture and a crying baby is running around the apartment. Someone is pacing. Usually there are a bunch of kids running around at this hour. It is 11:30 pm at night and we get up before 6 am. New management and Richmark Properties know all about this. We were told that they can not stop them from making noise and to call the police. Others have said that they have noisy neighbors but only during the day. They are upset too. Parking is horrible! Who wants to live like this?!!
