DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THEIR SERVICES, They want to charge you $150 to make changes to your contract. So if you add a product to your account after you have one of their other products and then try to removed it , then they will tell you About the additional fee of $150 also long wait times if your not buying and theres never a supervisor.

After having been with enTouch for almost two years, I am rather disappointed with its inconsistent and slow Internet service. To be fair, the first year I was fairly happy with them.For about two months I had intermittent connection issues. I thought it was just a temporary problem because it's happened before but went away on its own. However, after two months of consistent intermittent connection issues, I decided to call enTouch. The rep talked to me like I don't know anything about cable Internet, which is fine because they probably have to. After making sure I've already power cycled my modem, router and computers, they determined that the issue was on "my end" and sent a technician out three days later. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly. He looked around and replaced a connector outside that looked bent. Since then the intermittent connection issue went away.However, more recently, I noticed that the only time I can achieve the 60mbps speed I pay for is between 2-5AM. During peak hours, I'd be lucky if I get 20-30mbps. When the whether gets bad, I would jump for joy if I get 10mbps at all! Yes it's pretty amazing rain can affect cable Internet speed. I did some research and some people blame it on the fact that more people stay home and get online when it rains while others claim that all cable Internet uses satellites somewhere in their connection so naturally rain and clouds can slow down the speed. The point is, I feel like I rarely actually get the speed I pay for. Yes, I know all ISPs have some kind of disclaimer stating that they are not responsible for actually provide the speed they advertise, but that doesn't mean it won't leave a bitter taste in their customers' mouths.enTouch seemed like a good choice two years ago when I first switched but now Comcast is looking more and more appealing everyday.
enTouch increased my cable bill by $53.91 without notice. I didn't see it the first month and paid it. The second month I saw it and called to question it. They said that I was on a promotion that ran out. If I would sign another 1 year promotion, they would drop my bill back down, but they are keeping the $53.91 I had over paid for the previous month. They claim they sent me a postcard in the mail notifying me of the increase. I never received a postcard. Basically, they used the old expired special promotion trick to steal $53.91 from me. I'm sure they make a lot of money off that one. Do NOT use this company unless you have no other alternative.
I have never complained about a company before but the company truly deserves a complaint! If it wasn't for my apartment having a contract with this company it would have changed cable and internet provider on day two. A year and a half later they stillcan't get it right. For the first six months I couldn't get internet help because there was no record of me having internet service as far as their support system was conserond, all the while paying for internet! Then I called for someone in the billing department and the young lady told me she would call me bathe next day because she was getting off at 5pm ! I never heard from her.Them about a month later I had a neighbor move out and the disconnected my apartment instead of the actual apartment that was vacant!! I don't usually complain but this company deserve a warning! Please don't support this company!! It's a nightmare!
Do not sign up with this company. I only signed up because i had no choice. My apartment was pre-wired with this company. Bad service, Bad customer service, Too expensive for services been offered. On Demand service?? What a joke... Run!!!Can i rate with zero star?? This company definitely deserve it.
