I am wondering about this company myself I am waiting on a check after a injury at their cinemark theater in arlington and I feel they are giving me the run around saying the check was mailed and its looking like I will be waiting over 3 weeks and they are in texas like I am in texas.Whats goin on. after 22 days they say they can do a stop payment which prolongs things and I wait again another 22 days should it not show up again.. still waiting they want you to think its the post office fault..Not even this is very evil of them.
We attended a movie at Cinemark Holdings, Inc., Cinemark USA, Inc. at Cinemark 14 Cedar Hill, TX theater #5 and exposed to pathogens via BED BUG INFESTATION. Got witnesses, filed report, . Instructed to contact Broadspire Claim Center with statement for damages, and got medical treatments. Broadspire Agent, Connie Meeker, was rude, uninterested, laughed and hung up on me. Sent damage claims to all of above. Claim #186885836. Very unprofessional, even unethical, and added to claim by intentionally inflicting more stresss and mental anxiety to cnsumer who was damaged and added to the Gross negligence of Cinemark and others.
If I could I would put negative stars. North River Insurance/Fairmont Specialty/Crum & Forster is/are the absolute worst, most unreasonable, most inequitable, most grievous insurance company in the country. Their insured commercial driver of a propane truck backed up on an interstate exit ramp totaling our 1999 Suburban and causing my husband to miss a MANDATORY training to move into an assistant management position subsequently causing him to have to delay his promotion and nice pay increase until they offer the training again & all we wanted was the value of our Suburban and the rental paid for until we could get a replacement vehicle and they are refusing to pay the FULL amount of the rental. If you are EVER involved with them RUN TO YOUR NEAREST ATTORNEY FIRST!!!
