For some reason my trip logs go to the St Louis address but I am stationed Tx. The customer service in transportation rush you through the information collected and play the blame game when they supposedly don't receive the information by mail, even though you've sent it. They refuse to help you otherwise so your forced to send all the copies again and sit and wait more than a month before they get back to you, but make sure you call and keep up with them or they will blame you for not making sure they've done their job.
THEY ARE ALWAYS LATE AND THEN WE PATIENTS HAVE TO WAIT FOR AN OPENING. VERY RUDE AND SARCASTIC PEOPLE BUT WE POOR PEOPLE HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE BUT TO USE WHAT THE STATE EXCEPTS US TO US.
Used their wheelchair service. Driver was prompt and professional. Very careful while driving, I felt very safe and secure. They even took me into my appointment and made sure they knew I was there. The return trip was just as good even though it was a different driver. Price is more than fair as well.
The ambulance service it self was fine. But after using their service, I was told they don't accept ANY insurance!! We were not told this at any point until we received the statement for over $1300. I'm positive it's not a company I would recommend to anyone!!!!
I used this private ambulance service a few days ago to transport my mother from our home to the emergency room. Their response time was quick and accurate. My mom was in so much pain and the medics moved quickly to transfer her from the bed onto their stretcher to start immediate care for her. They were so attentive and courteous to my mom's needs and medical condition. I would definitely recommend this ambulance service.One of the best in the Houston Area......
Wonderful people helped my mother to be transported from Humble, TX to Houston TX Memorial hospital when no other ambulance company would budge. Thank you United Ambulance.
they never cover the hospital stays like they are suppose to. Since my sons appointments are out of the area it is a nightmare to get it taken care of.
Very BAD customer service...My daughter was scheduled for an MRI scan tomorrow...We have been trying to set transportation since 08Jan..each time the ride has been confirmed and agent advised fax sent through to the doctor to enable both parents to travel...Many, many calls to the doctors office and insurance company to verify but no faxes ever received! Called MTM this past Friday and agent confirmed both parents can travel and the transport was confirmed...We called today as no contact had been made regarding pickup, only to be told my daughters transportation was NOT confirmed. Our daughter is 2 years old and has epilepsy so needs this procedure asap. MTM agents have continuously lied to us on each telephone call made to them and would like to know WHY? Is it so hard to send a fax? Is it so hard to get all details correct and log them accordingly?? Is it so hard for agents to be polite and courteous instead of the rude attitude we have received each call?? The answer is NO..
Big fat zero stars. This company has left my disabled son without rides to Dr and pharmacy at least 40% of the time. They have made him suffer withdrawals from canceling our trip to the pharmacy at last minute, they've refused to take him to get xrays bc it's a walk in appt and not scheduled, they made doctors cancel appointments due to driver not showing up until time for appointment. It's really the most incompetent company, I've ever encountered. Once again my son is going to suffer withdrawals this weekend bc they cancelled our trip to the pharmacy. Ridiculous, absolutely ridiculous.
