I am sharing my information about Innovative Lasers at the Katy location. I have lost 14 lbs in 14 sessions. I am ecstatic by these results. My consultant Elisa was very informative and the process is exactly what we discussed in my consultation. The technician, Ashley B is exceptional while being attentive and caring. She has been very thorough in explaining the charts and the results. I would recommend this process to anYone that needs assistance with weight loss.

I have had a great experience at the Voss location everyone here is nice and informative. I can see the results and I still have more treatments to go. Don’t listen to the negative reviews, everyone has a different experience, it really does work!
I really appreciate the service I received here. The clerks were cordial & very helpful. I was able to buy good quality doors, a tub, windows & other home improvement items at an affordable price.

I’ve been a patient at this location for 3 years. I chose it because of the flexible hours of operation. I called to ask if they could fill my blood pressure meds for two weeks due to my not being able to get there and the guy by the name of Christopher told me no I had to come in. Today I get there and was refused service because they wanted me to pay for my office visit. I have insurance and have never had to pay before. When asked why I was told it was the “estimated” amount of the visit. I informed them I had not had my blood pressure meds for 2 weeks and they didn’t care. Normally I am billed for my co-pay/deductible but today was different. Needless to say, I wasn’t allowed to see the doctor and didn’t get any medication. This place is not for working people with insurance....they are ideal for patients with Medicaid. Money is more important than your health. The doctor orders lots of test but never discuss it with you when you return. You could really go in and diagnose yourself and he will go with it as long as you pay for the office visit. That is, if you can get past the 2 goons at the window!
At first it was nice to go with my husband to his doctor, Because he forgets to tell the doctor things he needs to know. Plus the covenant location. Close to my residence. Later visits slowly the attitudes changed. He wasnt given the full amount of his medication or he taken to much which ever the case may be it was enough, I called the doctors office to call in another script for him to take his medication. Who ever answered the phone told me " NO HE NEEDS TO COME IN AND TAKE HIS BLOOD TEST, AND WE NEED TO WAIT ON THE RESULTS FROM THE SPECIALIST. DID HE GO? I TOLD HER YES WE HAVE TO GO IN TWO WEEKS. WELL HE HAS TO WAIT TILL WE GET THE RESULTS BACK. I SAID HE HAS TO WAIT TWO WEEKS FOR HIS MEDICATION? SHE SAID I GUESS SO. I Told her Im going to take him to another doctor. She said alright and hung up the phone. I wasnt offered an appointment or anything just attitude My husband did go to take his blood test for his medication, but was still given an attitude.
Was a very good experience every one was so welcoming and nice, gave good ideas and treated me kindly. The BBB is good source
Beware of taking a title policy issued by Title Houston. My seller chose them and they issued me a title policy in May, 2014. In 2016, I received notice from the Harris County Appraisal District that said I owed over $11,000 in back taxes. When I called the title company about it, they assured me that there was a homestead exemption on the property when I bought it and so I shouldn't worry about it. In fact, the house had been in the seller's late wife's name and he had never filed for a survivor homestead exemption but the Title Houston, who knew the circumstances, used the prior year's information without checking that he had filed. When I got the actual bill, they ignored me for three weeks and did nothing to help me. Since penalties were piling up, I had to pay the Tax Collector/ Assessor. The title company was sloppy, unprofessional and unresponsive through the entire process. Lynne Sullivan was he closer. I will be following up.
AT&T be careful with this company. I agreed to a 2 year contract for telephone, TV, and Internet. The agreed price was $143 plus tax. The first year was up and they told me my introductory price was up and increased my bill by $100. I switched to Comcast. Now they want me to pay a early cancellation fee. I don't feel that I owe it because my two year contract was for two years and I had told the operator originally that I would gladly take a two year contract so I wouldn't have to worry about a price increase and she said nothing at the time. Also when I returned their modem to the UPS store the gentleman that waited on me told me to be sure to keep the receipt for 3 to4 years because AT&T was bad about coming back in 2 or 3 years and accusing people of not returning the modem and wanting them to pay $200 for the modem.
After visiting several HCS(home community service providers we chose We Thrive. Mrs. Craig and Pastor Craig along with the endless efforts of the staff Nikky, Mrs. Valeesa , Mrs. Deborah and so many others that give tirelessly to making everyone feel loved and accepted. You sense a team effort approach in the day to day operations at the home sites and center as well.
