Can I Get a Pet if I Live in a Small Apartment? »
Living in small space doesn't mean you can't have a furry friend -- it just means you have to do some planning.
We've put together a small list to get you started on your journey -- and the first step starts with a single box.
bonitos apartamentos y grandes, el lugar esta tranquilo, no veo delicuencia, la renta esta comoda, lo recomiendo.
ya tengo tiempo aqui, y me gusta, i love this place, the townhomes are big, and the rent is cheap, the place is quiet and clean, all the places are close to me.
Wonderful place to live my sister lives there for almost a 5 months and she told me that the new maintenance crew it is taking care of everything they are professional and skilled especially Javier and Rodolfo
Well, I was told I would be reimbursed an amount of $200 from this company for "helping" me locate an apartment, I emailed them when two months had passed and I had received NO update from them regarding the rebate. Initially, "Connor" my locator sent me listings tht I wasn't at all interested in and tht didn't match my specifics, however while driving past a newly built apt complex on a random day, I contacted him & I gave him the name of the apartments then asked him if he works with this complex and he said yes, so he sent me pics of the inside and etc... I liked them and moved in. Wrote him as my referral. Long story short I never got the reimbursement he promised me, & when I emailed to inquire about it, I was texted from a guy named RANDY who told me Connor had been fired and eventually then called me a NIGGER and an idiot Bcz I said I didn't understand the information on rebate email he sent me the previous day and then he mocked me for living in an apartment saying tht he owns 3 homes. My 1 bedroom is $1500, If I wanted to live in a home, I would. Lol honestly I am still in disbelief. This is unreal.
INVASIVE PEST CONTROL - Pest control knocked on my door and immediately entered with no warning when my wife was in the shower.TOWING RESIDENT'S CARS - Resident cars will be and have been towed for any small reason. About 20 parking spots total for visitors for 13 buildings, most of which are taken by residents who were only given 1 parking sticker but have 2 cars who are forced to park in visitors (policy per the current leasing agent). She stated that if there are no spots, "Visitors are not my concern they will have to park at the grocery store across the street and walk." Many residents have either expressed concern, moved out, or plan to move after their cars have been towed for small reasons. After towing my car that was parked in my own parking spot due to the tag not being present regardless of our registered license plate. The manger refused even consider adding a small adjustment the towing policy that a registered license plate can not be towed in paid parking to ease residents worrying mind and appease several residents whose cars have been towed. She stated, "I will not" do it.DEFECTIVE LIGHTS - 1-2 of the 6 studio track lights blow out about every 2 weeks due to a defect. We were told this is a major problem throughout the complex that fails to be fixed after years.KIDS BANGING ON DOORS & RUNNING - At all hours of the day and nightVANDALISM - Kids coloring on the walls of the apartmentWRITING ON CARS - Kids writing on the sides of cars BROKEN GATE - Constantly broken and visitors dialing to open the gate rarely worksDIRTY STAIRS - Valet trashing causes disgusting stairs that have not been cleaned even once which is embarrassing to visitors POOP EVERYWHERE - All the way around the lake there is dog poop every few steps despite the signs saying pick up poop. Again, disgusting and embarrassing to visitors.
Nice Place! Quiet, well maintained. Great staff. Not being surrounded by other apartment complexes helps keep it more quiet. Neighborhood of houses on one side and Comcast cable offices on other side.
NO parking. My car was towed when no spaces were available. Came home late no spaces available and did not want my car towed again so I nearly had to go to a hotel, a space was vacated after 24 minutes of me circling the complex. Rude insensitive staff, with the exception of Amy. The manager is the most rude and dismissive person ever. The staff goes on review sites and leaves 5 star reviews which is phony. No one above the manager would attempt to make the towing of my car right in anyway. It cost over 200.00 to get my car back all because there was literally no place to park. Parking is not an amenity. STAY AWAY
DO NOT RENT HERE!Unfortunately the "updated units" and "new appliances" consist of an old refrigerator that's falling apart and works on and off. The walls look like someone left an unattended 2 yr old to patch the holes. Which management stated that they had took the unit of the market before we had even got to pick which one we wanted or got approved. Which she continued to say we could not get our money or deposit back before we even signed a lease. I have complained multiple times about a leak in our bedroom. So when it rains soaks our carpet. Which if we're not home to place a bucket will end up leaving a musty smell. It rained last night and once more my carpet was soaked. When I went to the office at around two no one was there. After multiple visit we found out everyone was gone for the day. Which is another issue the office closes as it pleases considering closing time says at 5pm. It's due to rain again today and tonight which means I can expect a soaked carpet again when I get home from work in the morning. In two weeks we are due to have newborn home and I'm fearing that this issue with the leak will end up being mold and in turn affect the baby.
