Evidently, I am the antithesis of most of the earlier reviewers on this site and others. My experience was quite favorable. I wanted a full featured, unlocked, smart phone but I couldn’t afford a new one. Cell 4 Less had a used one for sale that they advertised on Craig’s List for significantly less than I would have had to pay on eBay. James was the contact on the ad and he was very patient with me. He described the phone and even got some information from the phone’s memory for me. He assured me that it wasn’t blacklisted but then he even gave me the IMEI # so I could verify it myself. (Which I did, on the carrier’s blacklist and on several others.) Additionally, James agreed to hold the phone for me for about 4 hours. Very unusual and very much appreciated. When I arrived it was similar to other cell phone shops that I have visited. They evidently work with a lot of carriers and had a decent selection of phones. It is a fairly modest enterprise. Brandon greeted me and explained that James wasn’t there. However, Brandon was just as helpful as James. He went out of his way to reassure me that the phone wasn’t stolen, lost or still under contract. I requested that he show me the IMEI on both the battery case and on the phone settings as well as check the moisture sensors with me. Everything checked out. He even offered me an Otter case at a much lower price than a box store and threw in a car charger to boot. All in all a great deal and a good experience. Another thing, Brandon made it clear that there was no rush and that he would answer any of my questions. Being my first smart phone, this was particularly kind. The only reason that I didn’t give them 5 stars was because it took them 2 more days to get the unlock code for me. But they did get it and the phone appears to work superbly with aio Cellular. Bottom line, they kept their deal, the phone was as described and there don’t appear to be any problems. At all. One peculiar thing did happen while I was there. A lady wanted to return a phone that she purchased because it (supposedly) didn’t work. The sales rep that talked with her was very patient and checked the phone over and it apparently worked fine. She complained that it didn’t work with her carrier’s sim card but, get this, she didn’t bring the sim card in. He assured her that had she brought the sim card with her he could have straightened out the problem. She just kept complaining that it didn’t work. I’m not sure how it was resolved. However, these guys are not a major supplier so eating the price of a phone is surely unpalatable. I am sure that they would have made things right if there was a problem. But the phone worked! Sorry to have gone on so long but it irritates me when a store gets bad reviews and deserves some good ones. Those other reviewers may have had problems but I did not.

These guys are awesome. After calling several places and being told they either don't fix game consoles or that I would have to drop off and pay $60 just too look at it i found WizMobile. Their very knowledgeable and their competitive pricing really gives them an edge. I took my XBOX 360 in because the tray was jammed they explained to me that it probably would not be done the same day and most places there will be about a 2 week turn around time. I paid a small deposit Saturday afternoon and left the XBOX there expecting not to pick it up until Monday or Tuesday but surprisingly they called me in about an hour and told me I could come pick it up because they were done. Needless to say they made my kids' rainy weekend go much smoother. I am forever thankful. I will be bringing a few other electronics to them as soon as possible. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for fast, reliable friendly service. The only downside is that the interior looks like a few tech savvy guys decorated, but I won't take a star away for that. (Hey guys, if you need a decorator I would be happy to come fix up the shop free of charge) :) Thanks Guys, ya'll rock!!!
I purchases a truckmount from another local company "my first mistake". The unit had a electrical problem after a year of me owning it. Of course it was out of warranty. So I took my truckmount for repair, where I purchase it. They kept my unit for four days. I picked my unit up "after a big repair bill" and went to do a job. After a hour on the job my unit went down again. Well I took it back and they wanted to charge me again. There was another cleaner there , and he told me about A&A Supply. I called A&A Supply and ask them if they worked on other truckmounts beside's their own. They said sure they did , so I brought my unit to them. They took me right in and within an hour found the problem. They did not have the part in stock, but told me where i could get the part locally. They called the company and put the part in will call for me. I picked the part up and they had the part on the same day. They have Great Service . . . And they also have one of the largest , cleanest and organized places I have ever seen. They have my business forever.
I already had a design with stencil. I took it in and talked to Abo (tattoo artist) about where I wanted it and that I had not decided on the coloring. I wanted simple but not boring. Explained that I didn't want some crazy color like purple. He took the time to show me how he saw the colors...with my art and his colored pencils--he colored/shaded/blended it beautifully! I had gone to other shops before coming to Riot but I knew this was the place once I saw his vision. The tattoo came out awesome! It's tattoo 3 for me and I am healing fine on day 2 post. My hubby liked it so much he ended up getting one too while we were there! I am definitely going back to see Abo at R.I.O.T. again! Shop is small, but clean and they are very nice. Like the title says they are open-minded to your idea and creative to make it even more awesome! Walk-ins (like me) were handled promptly too!
Eh, they're "okay." I bought a groupon for iPad screen repair and followed directions to make an appointment online. Well they don't have that option. So I tried calling, and got a cell phone vm, but without a recording, and then the mailbox was full. So I finally drove over there and had to come back 24 hours later just to drop off my ipad. Seriously? I already had it with me, and they wouldn't let me just drop it off now and THEN they could look at it in 24 hrs? Nope. So I came back, and was told they'd need to replace the dented silver trim, also. So they charged me for that, but when I got home, I realized they didn't replace it but only repaired it. The customer service was lacking, but at least they weren't flat-out rude.
Wonderful T-Mobile store. The other day, when I went in to purchase a plan for broadband device/service, I was given phenomenal customer service. That young lady was patient enough to help me with downloading into my computer, from start to finish, since I had gotten stumped with it earlier. The employees here really seem to know their stuff and they seem to enjoy their jobs and they work well together. I've shopped at quite a number of T-Mobile places, and like them all. I have nothing but the best to say about T-Mobile stores and service in general, as I've had the service since around 2002 or 2003. I want to commend the staff at this particular store for the awesome service that I received from them the other day.
They saved the day! 11.30am iphone shattered, screen completely cracked from top to bottom in tree/branches shapes. Could still turn on so it looked like just the screen was damaged. Called them at 3pm (no walkin) At 4.15pm I got to their place (it's a condo but easy parking) I spent 30mns at the mall next door (Homestead & Foothill) At 445pm my phone was just like new! All functions OK! Cannot express how good the service is. And don't let the fact that they run the shop from a condo fool you. It is great work and they accept all major credit cards (incl American Express) Once again.. they saved the day!
I had a chance to stop over listening to a DJ once on a saturday in their parking lot announcing some promotions and I was looking to purchase a phone so decided to give it a try. I am so glad I stopped by. I bought me a Cricket Score on a promo price of $89.99 I was helped by their Manager I forgot his name but If i am not mistaken it was Frank.. he gave me awsome service and best price plus more discounts if i sent my friends and family there for the business. since then I have sent my brother and a friend and they both got the same service after they mentioned my name to him.. Good Business Fiesta Cell..
Took my iPhone 5 in for a cracked screen and I have to say they did an excellent job. The Apple Store was charging $200 for the exact same repair or switch out. My phone worked perfectly I just wanted to get the cracked glass fixed. I went in and spoke to a guy named Mo and he was very nice and helpful. The repair cost me less than half of that and it was only a 30 minute wait. I didnt have to make any appointment either. With the extra cash i took my family eating. Gotta check these guys out if your have any type of electronic repair, they are real experts and very knowledgeable.
My job requires me to order printed material. My normal guy passed suddenly and I was left hanging out in the cold at the last minute without my much needed printed material. I searched and found these guys and they said that they could get my material printed that same day by 6.00 pm. Sure enough when I went back at 6.15 that same day it was ready and correctly produced. My presentation the next morning was saved, I did not let my boss down, we landed the contract and needless to say all that made me a very happy customer. I will return and refer others.
