Mr. Percy King was wonderful, I got a vintage pair of shoes from my late grandfather and he got it refurbished that it looks like brand new (almost). He did a great job, he puts a lot of hard work on his craft.

I use them to get my husbands shoes polished and any repairs that been done. They are friendly, quick, inexpensive, and do a great job!
I recently took my heels in for repair, honestly I wanted to throw them away. One heel was missing a heel and the soles were mess up. But then a friend told me about this shoe hospital. I thought why not give them a try, after all they use to be my favorite heels. I was excited when I saw the heels again. They were like new straight out the box new. I really like the service and will be back again.
The shoe repair business has been around since the 1960s my father and mother own this particular shop my father Strives on perfectionism and always has he cuts no corners he makes no excuses he is known as one of the best shoe repairman in Houston he is not like a lot of other shoe repair shops around Houston where the owners know nothing about the business that they own in short they have no idea how to fix shoes they hire people to fix them for them these are what you call coat tail Riders, Business owners to build their hi stature on hired help because they know nothing of their own business if you spend a lot of money on your purses shoes and boots not to mention luggage and just about any other thing you can drag through the front door this is the place to go and has been at this location for almost the past 30 years the other location in town and country is a separate business that is owned by another family member but has nothing to do with this location but also is a Nother wonderful SHOE Shop to go too.I don't know why this website is listing my name as Scott my name is not Scott my name is Eli Ayala, I am the son of the owners of this business I apologize on this website listing me as Scott
I've been there once it was my first time in the establishment .I had a very expensive pair of heels my husband had bought me they were coming apart at the seam and badly scuffed .I recall the gentleman named I believe Larry received my shoes and called me two days later to let me know they were ready I was pleased with heels I couldn't believe they were the heels my husband bought me many many years ago looked as if just bought and I was able to wear them on my husband and my renewal of our vows which made it much more special.Since then I've personally referred 4of my friends and they were so pleased as well.I would advise anyone who has shoes of sentimental value not to just trust your shoes with just any one but to trust them at Reagans shoe store
Jesse does some of the finest work you will find anywhere. I had a favorite pair of full quill ostrich. The heel leather had worn out. He replaced the ostrich skin with new and they look like the came out of the box! Great place and he makes custom boots too.
Had my boots repaired here at park place shoe repair. They did a great job. And they have been in business for 30 yrs at park place it's a great mom and pop shop
Pete does fantastic work. He did same-day service on a pair of heels and they look brand new! Highly recommend him!
I don't wear boots but have used this store several times. Since I wear an AFO brace on my left leg/foot, my shoe straps aren't long enough. I've used them to extend my shoe straps. They do a good job to make an exact match to the strap that is currently on the shoe so the extension is barely noticeable.
I have used the Village Cobbler at theTown & Country location to repair my shoes for over 30 year and have been extremely happy with their service, quality of their work and find their fees to be very fair. I
