The place is big, the service was usually good, the sales floor people sometimes help, other times not so much. You shouldn't have to beg a person to do their job. They buy many things for the store mainly overpriced - best to buy when marketed down. The rude old manager is a jerk.

I recently took my heels in for repair, honestly I wanted to throw them away. One heel was missing a heel and the soles were mess up. But then a friend told me about this shoe hospital. I thought why not give them a try, after all they use to be my favorite heels. I was excited when I saw the heels again. They were like new straight out the box new. I really like the service and will be back again.
Looking at all of these reviews, made me realize that the 1 stars are being honest and also the five stars, to begin i will never go back there because the so called “security” told me that me and my husband(daugthers dad) cant be in a changing room so we may try our daugther clothes before buying it which is stupid for a place that is suppostly family related for low prices and all this other talk is just a whole bunch of bs , common not even target which is more known for there qualithy, the have a changing room for one family which is inportant, ofcourse for me being the mom and my husband being the father we take great pride and bond with our daugther, ths security told me i need to becareful i am not sure for what but he needs to worry about his family and not mine, for the lady who had the nerve to say something i feel sorry for you sweet heart i know you most not know wha it is to have a husband and a daugther(Family). For the pther reviews the place is clean because obviously there is nothing at this store (bearly any clothes) so nothing to clean all the staff is rude and they stare at you like if they have a problem . BURLINGTON EITHER YOU KNOW WHO YOU HIRE OR THE PROBLEM WONT BE THEM , because there will be nobody left not even the store. I THINK A ROSS WILL BE BUILT THERE INSTEAD “Hahahha”.
They have the best oil fragrance section I have seen in Houston! Plus they will personally order some exotic fragrances if you request it. The staff is kind and helpful.

The store is really great. They sell inexpensive shoes that range from 10.99 to 13.99. I have been in the store and seen other customers that literally want department quality shoes for 10.99. The quality of the shoes is actually good. The employees working there are helpful when you need help but the store is self-service so I did not expect to be treated any differently.

When I was ready to checkout about 2 pm Thursday. I found there were 15 customers ahead of me waiting and only one cashier. After standing at the end of the line about 15 minutes, I realized the line wasn't moving and no other employee was coming to another register. So I went searching for a bathroom. A young lady was standing in front of the fitting room. There were no customers in the area; but I assume she was standing guard to discourage shoplifters. She told me the store didn't have a public bathroom. I explained that I was at the end of an non-moving line of 15, and if I could not find a bathroom, I was going to wet my pants. She said to me," I Don't Care." I don't know if she didn't care that 15 shoppers were waiting in line, or if she didn't care if I wet my pants. And I could really tell that she just didn't care, God bless her. When I returned to the front, the line had not grown smaller. I shouted loudly for my shopping companion to just leave the merchandise that we had intended to purchase and Let's Go because I was told there was no bathroom. All the store's employees should have been ashamed of themselves for showing such disrespect to the customers. All the customers should have been ashamed of themselves for tolerating such discourtesy. Guess they didn't have anything better to do than spend time in such a long line. I'll never return.
If your business advertises everything for a set price, then why charge something completely different at the register? Then when I ask you about it you, you point to a sign with a email address for complaints .
