Lives next door to this pharmacy so uses it by default.Service has been generally with a grudge.Last insult was the final straw that prompted this review.Racism in full display!!!!I am Asian and was snubbed by the white tech while waiting in line , as white customers who came later were served ahead of me . This will have gone on indefinitely but for the intervention of the Afro American pharmacist .If you are Asian avoid this pharmacy

This business is an excellent supplier of medical supplies. They have excellent customer service and are conveniently located right inside the 610 Loop.

This company is very unorganized and does not understand how to properly provide supplies to Medicare patients, nor how to bill. The manager is foreign and does not understand what is communicated. They do little to assist. Go in circles trying to get proper assistance.
I was extremely disappointed with my service here for products & makeup. They made me feel like if I wasn't buying why waste their time helping me & givng me advice. The salon was awesome & so was the benefit brow Bar. I just wish they weren't so rude & gave you advice & we're more helpful instead of selling being their main priority.
"Evelyn" is a terrible employee and I will be taking my business elsewhere. I have been a longtime customer of CVS and purchase many items there each month for my family. After I wanted to purchase an additional Infant's Tylenol for my daughter, I was informed by "Evelyn" that no, I could not purchase an additional Infant's Tylenol - and this was a full price item, for which I was not attempting to use any coupons- because CVS's new policy is to only allow one transaction, per customer, per day - no, not just for coupons - for ALL transactions, according to her. Interesting policy for a company in the business of making a profit. "Evelyn" obviously does not understand the policy, but she was extremely rude and abrasive, and I left the store practically in tears. Anyway, this is very disappointing and I will not purchase anything from CVS again.
I have been trying to get my equipment and get it setup for 2 weeks. After finally receiving my equipment I have tried to contact them several times to set it up and the only response I would get is somebody will call you back. Nobody ever calls me back and now that I am trying to make contact with them nobody ever answers my phone calls. Very unprofessional, and very dissatisfied.
