WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! they have young girls fixing the phones who were doing nothing but talking on the phone and laughing the entire one they repaired my phone! so unprofessional! that was an immediate red flag. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I took in my iPhone 7 with minor scratches and cracks, and within a week of being “repaired” my phone screen literally is popping up because it wasn’t glued properly. my volume button is no longer any service to me, and my phone glitches a black screen a few times every hour, then after the glitch the entire phone won’t do any commands for the next few minutes or so; not to mention the exact same cracks and scratches appeared on the screen because they were never properly fixed in the first place. the price they put on Groupon is NOT an honest price, they make the prices so low so you will fall for it. if your lcd has been damaged, it’s an extra $35 added to your bill, even though that price is nowhere on the groupon nor website. if they break something in the process, it’s YOUR responsibility to pay for it, or you don’t receive your device back, I learned that the hard way. I went back to the shop shortly after noticing my new defaults, and the man who was working there sat on his chair and ignored each and every word I said. while I was speaking to him, he shushed me and spoke to another customer in line, then sat back down in his chair, and continued to ignore me untill I left. WARN YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS WHO PLAN ON GOING HERE TO SAVE THEIR MONEY!!!!
I went into the apple store (in galleria) today with an appt and had to wait close to 25 minutes after my appt time for them to finally service me. I went in because my IPhone 7+ has been dropping calls as well as freezing. So I got there early sign in and had to wait till my appt time. Then 3 people came in after me and was service before me. Then when I ask a worker how much longer I have he tells me he can’t give a estimated time cause they behind but they will get to me. Finally, when then got to me they tell me they gone do a software/hardware update I tell him my software is already updated so that’s not the issue, he takes my phone out it on computer and that was it. That’s the 2nd time I went to that location for the same issue. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THAT LOCATION....
This place has my money 💰 $450 on Money Order and I did never get the iPhone 7 + they were selling to me they send me a tablet only this is a scam
Terrible service and unprofessional... do not use these people. Their "good reviews" must be from friends and familyI do not normally leave negative reviews but this place is terrible and people should stay far, far away!
I brought my Samsung Tablet and iPhone 6 to repair. The service was great, attentive, and understanding. When I came back to pick up my Tablet and iPhone, Mr. Shawn hooked me up with a screen protector and an iPhone Case telling me the shop is new and wants me to keep coming back! Well I will and Recommend Wireless Freedom to anyone not because of the free items I was given, because of the Cost effective price and such attentive customer service! These guys are GREAT!!!!

Scammed me by telling me the iphone would be exactly the same as before and put a cheap lcd digitizer in that doesn't work and said he would fix the bend in the phone which he did not. So essentially he stole my high dollar screen and gave me a 7 dollar one. Also ASKED for a good review in exchange for more products.. on top of all this I wasn't able to be there so they took advantage of my girlfriend, reassuring me over the phone that all would be exactly the same. Do yourself a favor and pass on this place.
Dealing with Frys has been totally disappointing and frustrating. First, I was unable to order my items on line because I never received an email allowing me to reset my password. I phoned the order in and was told I would receive an email from the store notifying me the order was ready for pick up in approximately 30 minutes. An hour and a half later I still had not received the email. I called the store and had to hold for approximately 15 minutes before I was able to speak with a store employee. He asked me for all of the information I had provided when I placed the order and put me on hold. When he came back on the line, he explained that the employees in that department were not answering the phone. He stated he would send them a message and someone would call me. I explained to him that this whole thing was making me a little nervous about buying anything from Frys because of the lack of service I had already experienced. I'm still waiting for someone to call me. Will not be doing business with this store in the future.
So disappointed in Apple Store at Memorial City since it was remodeled. Last year, I went there to our purchase an iPad Pro for my husband. No one greeted me. I had to chase down a sale person who got another sales person eventually. I thought it was a bad time. Today, I went back to buy an iPhone 7 Plus. No one greeted me. Associates were looking at their tablets or busy talking. I left. I saw another person like my self looking at an iPhone and no one was helping him either. I have been an Apple customer since the Apple Iie. At one time, you could request an appointment with a personal shopper. This was at 11 am Saturday. No that crowded that someone could have to me they would be with me in 10 minutes.
