Horrible company. The workers are lazy and often only pick up one bag and leave the can full, or dump the can and leave a leaf bag. My neighbors have the same issue. I have sent them twice an auto pay form, have proof of this, yet they keep saying they have not received it and suspend my service. Then they charge late fees when I call them to make a payment and refuse to waive the $20 late fees. How are they still in business with all of the negative reviews and dissatisfied customers? Ridiculous and extremely frustrating.

The Worst of any service offered, RUN to someone else!Eco Waste is supposed to pick up at my house, curb side Tuesday and Friday. The provided can is put out at 6am every Tuesday and sits on the curb till Thursday 7PM till Eco Waste gets around to picking it up when it is convenient for them... This is hit or miss as well sometimes (50/50) they don't come at all!!Friday at 6am the FULL can is put out again and is usually picked up by Saturday evening sometime..... Then they send you a bill and expect a full 3 months of PRE-payment for work they may or may not due.ANY other service company would be better than these guys!!Eco Waste truly offers garbage as service!!!
I should not even give a 1 star rating. When we got your service about a year ago, we couldnt ask for bwtter service. Now we wre lucky if our trash even gets picked up the next day that it is scheduled. Your service has reached the lowest. I have called numerous times and each time am told they are working on the problem. I have been told anywhere from employee shortage to truck trouble to new equipment,, one excuse after another. If need be switch our days or at least change the routine of who gets picked up first to show you are working in good faith. My next bill is due in 2 months and you will lose a customer if the problem is not resolved. And I will spread the word.
STAY AWAY from this company! This company has been a nightmare to work with. I host events for a well known and respected nationwide company and sought out the services of Nation Waste specifically being as its owner is minority female (Maria Rios, a very respected Houston business leader) that built this company from the ground up--I try and support small business owners whenever possible. I signed a contract for the rental of two port-a-johns and made it very clear that they needed to be delivered by 10a the morning of my event. I was contacted by the representative handling my account several times leading up to the event verifying the location and time that I needed them delivered. The morning of the event comes and by 11:30a they still hadn't been delivered. No one from Nation Waste had contacted me OR the venue to tell us why they were running late, both of whom they had contact phone numbers for. I had to call Nation Waste and that's when they told me they were having mechanical issues the morning of but that the truck was en route and should be there within 30 minutes. They didn't show up until almost 2p, four hours into my event. The venue I contracted with for my event held me responsible as it was apart of our agreement that we rent port-a-johns and use of their facilities was strictly prohibited. I understand that things happen, but you would think someone from Nation Waste would contact me to tell me what was going on. I have been contacting them now for a month since my event to speak to a supervisor to see if I can be compensated for the rental time that was lost. I have spoken to Anita and Danielle and a few other ladies who work in the office there. Never before have I dealt with employees that were more unprofessional. First, every time I call is like the first time, because there is no system in place that keeps track of notes on various customer accounts. So every time I call to speak to a supervisor, I have to recount EVERYTHING. Then, despite me leaving about 10 messages (including voicemails), the supervisor Javier Maldonado, has yet to call me back! Today when I called I was told by Danielle that she has forwarded my request to Javier numerous times but the only respond she received was that they couldn't compensate me, they could only give me a Discount on my next rental. First, I will never EVER do business with them again. And secondly, NO ONE ever called me to tell me this. Again, I'm having to call in to get information. The lack of communication with this company seems to be a pattern. The only thing I was offered was to leave Javier ANOTHER message. And of course his voicemail is full. And of course they don't know when he will be in again. And of course none of this matters anyway because if I haven't gotten a call back in an entire month, it is not likely I will ever get a call back. This is not a reputable business nor is it one I would ever recommend. Businesses like this give small business owners a bad name. Highly disorganized and horrible communication. I have made other attempts to get in touch with the President and CEO, Maria Rios. I will update this post if she or Javier ever contact me back. But I'm not holding my breath.
