Apple store ignored me to fix my macbook water damage and advice me to recycle this Mac. I took it to APP GEEKZ and It was great experience. Thanks to the Geekz i was able to use my computer again in less then 12 hrs. They fixed my laptop and it is working in perfect condition......I highly recommended if you have any issues with your laptops or Mac book Thanks

Terrible lab do not use them!! Not onlyIs it hard to get someone on the phone who is actually at the lab but the owner always makes Excuses. Also you have to pay to ship to them and I was told that they ship back but they put the shipping cost on your invoice So you actually Pay for all shipping.They are always driving when I can and I never get straight answers. Ugh will be using a different lab now and spreading the word this place is nothing but a hassle.

This company offers multiple services including janitorial, food kiosks, food trucks and more. The kiosk services are set up to force you to insert your bank or credit card BEFORE you can find out product prices and make final choices. When you try to decline services, the computer double charges you and does not reverse or stop/cancel the transaction even when food is put back. Your bank is charged for fraudulent nonexistent services. This is theft and illegal. This kiosk may be an easy choice for a company but is a big rip off for the actual customer who may or may not want to purchase a food product. It is a rip off. When you call about the false charges they will not help you at all and tell you to argue with your bank. This is a company full of thieves.
I went into the apple store (in galleria) today with an appt and had to wait close to 25 minutes after my appt time for them to finally service me. I went in because my IPhone 7+ has been dropping calls as well as freezing. So I got there early sign in and had to wait till my appt time. Then 3 people came in after me and was service before me. Then when I ask a worker how much longer I have he tells me he can’t give a estimated time cause they behind but they will get to me. Finally, when then got to me they tell me they gone do a software/hardware update I tell him my software is already updated so that’s not the issue, he takes my phone out it on computer and that was it. That’s the 2nd time I went to that location for the same issue. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THAT LOCATION....

Dealing with Frys has been totally disappointing and frustrating. First, I was unable to order my items on line because I never received an email allowing me to reset my password. I phoned the order in and was told I would receive an email from the store notifying me the order was ready for pick up in approximately 30 minutes. An hour and a half later I still had not received the email. I called the store and had to hold for approximately 15 minutes before I was able to speak with a store employee. He asked me for all of the information I had provided when I placed the order and put me on hold. When he came back on the line, he explained that the employees in that department were not answering the phone. He stated he would send them a message and someone would call me. I explained to him that this whole thing was making me a little nervous about buying anything from Frys because of the lack of service I had already experienced. I'm still waiting for someone to call me. Will not be doing business with this store in the future.
Willing to lie about not being an owner mr. Habib has shown that his workmanship and craftsmanship and hospitality is sorely overestimated he will quickly destroy your item in question without care of your personal property and then attempting to correct the issue will charge you more than what you were supposed to pay in the beginning prior to them destroying new equipment think twice before ever utilizing this facility. Don't bother calling twice or he will threaten harassment one full conversatin does not equal harassment call at least 6 times and was told that the owner was not available.
