My son been going there for almost 2 years. Miss Wanda and Ms Jessica was great with my son any concern that I ever had Miss Jessica was always there to answer but yesterday Miss Crystal was very disrespectful and very nasty to me even threatened to call the police for no reason( I never threatened her, I never yelled at her, I wasn't cussing, I did raise my voice because she kept cutting me off but these are still no reason for her actions)I was told that I would have to pay for my son not being there even though I had a doctor's note excusing him from school because he had a virus. Me being the mom that I am I'm not going to have my son to school to get any other kids sick. Last time he had a virus Miss Crystal personally told me if I had a doctor note that she would weave the tuition I never knew this I went back to the doctor's office to receive his doctor's note and she did waive his tuition this time she's going to tell me I don't know what I told you and I'm not going to waive it you have to pay for his tuition even though he wasn't in school. Miss Crystal is very money hungry and not a woman of her word needless to say she put my son out which is fine with me I know God has something better for us
I have used Precious Moment for many years already. From when I got married, until I had my first baby shower and baby. I will not go anywhere else. They treat you like family and are always friendly. Their prices are very reasonable and the quality of the pictures are excellent. I'm looking for…
I take my granddaughter here and she has thrived. She was very behind in her learning for her age group before bringing her here. The facilities are clean and safe and the people are very nice.
This is been my worst experience with a daycare center. The director Chuck Wall and his assistant director Rita are rude and unprofessional when faced with the challenge of dealing with concerned parents. My child was attending robindell since April 19th 2017 and has discontinued attendance as of November 1st 2017. I have had many incidents with the caregivers who do the bare minimum when it comes to taking care of people's children. I have had caregivers steal diapers from other children and put them on my child although he has always had enough diapers for his time in there care. I have had caregivers steal his diapers and give them to other children. I have had caregivers still unopened packs of specialty wipes for my child and replace them with off-brand wipes. The director has acknowledged that has caregivers we're stealing from my child by compensating me for stolen merchandise however those caregivers continue to work at Robindale and they continue to steal from other children. I have had caregivers allow my child to stand for prolonged periods and ant piles that caused him to be covered in 30-plus ant bites on both of his feet up his legs and on his hands and arms. I have had staff members informed me that they have witness other staff mistreating my child and and the staff member took it upon themselves to remove my child for his own safety from other staff members. I have interacted with other parents who are facing the same situation current and previous who are also being told by the director Chuck that these are isolated incidences that are not happening to other children. I have had staff members tell me that it is pointless to talk to the director Chuck about my concerns because he will not do anything unless the state of Texas regulations board give him a monetary fine. Chuck has never gone in with me to supervise or address my concerns with his direct caregivers.
Americas Choice Childcare on Bissonnet and Kirkwood is just wonderful. The staff there is attentive to my son and me. I feel very lucky to have found this daycare and my son actually looks forward to going and seeing his friends and teacher! Unfortunately we are moving to another city and will have to find a new daycare center. We are going to miss this place!!
All four of my children love being here and they absolutely adore their teachers! I've never felt so safe knowing my children are loved and learning like I do here!
Daycare is a dirty facility. It smells. It needs to be CLEANED and decluttered. Children benefit from a safe and clean environment. The owners drive luxury cars have their nails done, yet the day care is FILITHY.
My son has learned his colors and shapes and I see him progressing each month. We have been there for about 6 months now and can not think of anything negative to say which in the childcare industry says something in my opinion.
My daughter has attended this daycare for 3 years, they are really great. Lot's of staff members and small classroom sizes.Mary Jackson
Pros- No registration fees. Low weekly tuition. Clean facility.Cons- Opened up late multiple times every week. They claim hours are from 6am-630pm however the two staff members that are scheduled to open up the facility ride together and always seemed to be 10-20 minutes late every other day. - There was one instance when the female owner called me at 5:45pm to ask me when I was going to come pick up my child because he was the last one there. I work close to downtown Houston and the knew this before I registered my child so I thought by calling me to ask me this was very unprofessional. -Inconsiderate staff: One day when I walked in the pre-k room to pick up my child the television was blasting and when I saw my child he was actually holding onto his ears due to it being so loud. The staff member working in the room at the time was looking out into space like she didn't even notice that the tv was uncomfortably loud for the children in the room. When I told the owner about this she basically shook her head and laughed it off. -Also the female owner informed my husband that her son was able to be potty trained at the age of 2. Our child is 3 and is working on potty training and his pediatrician said this was a very unprofessional statement to make to a parent as each child potty trains differently. -After my child was there for a couple of months the owner approached me saying that my child caused 3 of her customers (who were siblings) to leave the daycare due to my child's behavior. When my husband and I asked for documentation of his behavior and incidents in general we were told there were no documents. We even requested a letter of release explaining the reason(s) why our child was being released but we have yet to receive this. It just seems that if your child is active and anything but a robot, they will only take care of them for so long.
Toured the facility and was amazed at the Staff and the cleanliness. The prompt answers and Happy children. They made a great impression on me.
Great location with polite and helpful staff. Very attentive to the kids. Patient and knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend
